Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Sogar eine Strecke mit veganen und glutenfreien Sachen gibt es. Wir würden immer wieder hier übernachten. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv! Danke

Angenehm, wenn es dich ergibt komme ich wieder.

Vor allem die Lage, Tiefgarage mit richtig Platz, unkompliziert zu erreichen

Ich wollte eine Nacht verlängern, das hat sich etwas umständlich gezeigt. Ich sollte dann. Aus dem Zimmer auschecken und wieder einchecken. Quatsch!! Die Rechnung war sehr schwierig zu entziffern. Noch nie so eine komplizierte Rechnung erhalten .

Sehr gute Unterkunft für eine Städtereise bzw. einen Kurztrip

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Ein sehr bequemes Bett, eine zweckmäßige Zimmereinrichtung und ein sehr gutes Frühstück gehören zu den Pluspunkten ebenso wie die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

The breakfast was very good with variety of food and the staff especially the ones at the breakfast area were very friendly, very welcoming👍

The cleaning time for the rooms could be in the afternoon , not in the morning.

Fijn hotel voor tussenstop

Goede locatie, dichtbij snelweg en op loopafstand van leuke centrum van Ettlingen met veel restaurantjes. Goede bedden.

Er is geen aparte badkamer. Zowel de wastafel als de douche bevinden zich in de kamer. Ik was hiervan op de hoogte, maar vond het niet prettig.

Choose ibis only if you don't stay long and are too busy to spend time in the room

It's my impression that this hotel survives reviews because of its breakfast staff and night staff. The location was good (for my needs). It was also quiet on the side facing away from the street The bed was comfortable.The breakfast was good and the service was very kind at breakfast. The service at the front desk was also much more knowledgeable about customer service at night..

There was no place to sit, except out on the balcony. And no stool for my luggage. There was no refrigerated cabinet (there were no cabinets at all actually.).. And it seemed like it was against the rules to even have food in the room.The bathroom always had an unpleasant smell. The shower had one soap container that said it was good for multiple purposes, but soap inside of it was so harsh that I bought my own. However there was no place to put the soap in the shower. No shelf at all. So I had to place it and the shampoo and conditioner (that I had to buy) on the floor. I have a problem with my back and it was painful to have to bend down to get them each time I needed them. And finally, the reception staff during the day need to learn more about customer service. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT however is that.. On the top floor the room that my child had to sleep in has a door that goes out to the roof and there is no barrier. A child could walk out and fall off! In short... Ensure that child rooms are safe! The rooms need refrigerators, especially when it's hot outside. The showers need a shelf. The reception staff during the daytime need to be kind and actually care whether people are comfortable in their hotel. And please don't make it seem like you care about the environment with all of the messaging in the room, when you don't even separate rubbish to be recycled!

Good value for money.

Very good location, just off autobahn and near town center ,for restaurants but the room was quiet. Breakfast was also very good.

A plug for the sink so as not to waste water. Parking was a bit expensive.

Great value for money and comfortable location for a stopover en route. Very friendly staff and great variety at the breakfast buffet. simple yet clean rooms.

all great, only idea for improvement would be to allow a variety of drinks (from bar or a vending machine if bar really cannot provide any drinks anymore) for late evening arrivals. when we arrived the bar was closed and water dispenser for sparkling water did not work. would have appreciated a refreshment after a long drive.

I need two rooms (one for me and wife and another for our daughter). But when I arrived it turned out that family room in fact a two connected rooms. So I actually got 3 rooms. But personal refused to refund the third room despite evident error due to lack of description

Breakfast and services , great service at breakfast and great service and nice and honest people at cleaning.

On the site they are dog friendly and when you come at IBIS you find out that it is not allowed to bring with you a small dog. So at least don't write dog friendly on the site.
