Keep your expectations low

Not even close to Radisson Blu standards. However the beach was great and the location close to Hammamet attractions compensate a bit the poor hotel conditions.

Room was not clean, the bed sheets were not properly washed, the staff was overwhelmed by clients, food was not really diverse and not offering a lot of options.

Value for money is not worthy .

Beach access, location, AC was ok,

It needs maintenance , small swimming pool . Rooms location was not planned well regarding lift ,we have to walk along at least 5 separate wings to reach a lift ,it was inconvenient every time u need to reach our room. No easy access to facilities because the lifts not easily accessible

Come il Titanic, tutto bello fino a che sei ai piani alti.

Ingresso, hall, spazi in comune, piscina, stabilimento balneare, sala pasti SUPER. Staff gentilissimo e parlante inglese e italiano oltre che arabo e francese.

La camera era molto al dì sotto delle nostre aspettative. Pulita, ma per niente degna di un 5 stelle, eravamo in tre (2 + 1 bambino non pagante), però il letto erano due letti singoli. Mobili scardinati, finestrone semi danneggiato, corridoi sporchi e spesso con vettovaglie da pulire lasciate in giro. Presente anche una rete con materasso danneggiato. Pochi ascensori e dalle condizioni incommentabili, tenendo presente le stelle e gli standard della catena a cui appartiene.

Quite a VERY old property ,I can rank it as 3 stars club hotel *Old Elevator seems missing maintenance and not quite trained staff ...I didn't use the pool ,but breakfast was ok with Tunisian specialties and dates !! I have to beg fort tooth brush ....no menu available in restaurant !!

property is really clean restaurant is excellent food is tasty, umbrella ans sunbeds available staff is incredible always available and smiling

the excessive price of srinks espacially an espresso or water 9dinars( 3 euro) and 5 dinars for a bottle of water ac in the room was directed to the window so in the bad was hot and u can suffer from heat no animation it is a swim and sleep hotel

Good building bad service.

The bathroom had stains of poo in the floor. I had ordered Shisha by the pool and had the guy serving it give me his word that he will be changing coal every 15 minutes which he agreed to. After I paid 30 dinars for my Shisha and had the word of the Shisha man, I ended up going all the way upstairs three times asking for coal change before he finally showed up with the coal.

Wonderful stay

It's clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is amazing. The rooms are pristine, the dining options are diverse and delicious, and the service provided by the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Al Hammamet.

When I checked in the room was missing towels and water but the housekeeping brought everything to my room in few minutes

Pretty standard Radisson by the beach

Pretty standard Radisson--large and full of families. Generous breakfast buffet, standard hotel room. The pool is nice and you can easily walk out of the property to eat in the town if you don't wish to stay inside for dinner.

This is a high volume property very popular with families---the facilities reflect that, with the walls a bit banged up. But, for a big international hotel chain it was fine.

A good hotel for some days: sea, pools, and sun.

the room was spacious. the pools (inside and outside) were fantastic (for a little boy and I). the breakfast and the dinner were very good

in the room the air-vaccuum was not very efficient: the atmosphere remained wet (for instance, our cakes became humid). So humidity came in our pyjama during the night. The additional bed for my child was not in the room when we arrived. And I have to ask it several times to have it.

Disappointing

I had no towels on the first day even after talking 5 times with reception and each time they said they would bring some back but in reality they didn't care. Got the towels the next day after talking to the lady that was doing the cleaning (thanks to her)

Nice stay

Reception staff were freindly, especially Ilyes (night shift reception). Hotel was calm and good for family. Cleaning and housekeeping. Food variety.

Presence of ants at the room (bathroom). Restaurant waiters were not enough, and they took long time to respond. The table was not clear from dishes until we leave.

fair but I won’t visit again

beach was nice and the room was spacious

the toilet seat in the room had stains . the kettle was old and with lime scale. they don’t provide water or tea in the room which is a must in a 5 stars hotel the swimming pool was really dirty ( hair , insects ..) the breakfast was okey not varied , not as I expected from a 5 stars hotels. the beach was lovely but needs more cleanliness , there were too much sea weeds and some plastic bags.
