We had a short night stay, but it was very pleasant. The location is the reason we decided on this property, as you get to look directly to the sea first thing in the morning. We had breakfast and they made special vegan one just for us. The host was very friendly which made the experience recommendable to others.

On the beach side and we swim several times on the sea. We have good sea view from our balcony.

nice view of the beach, quite breakfast was nice and fresh
the beach is not really suitable for swimming, rocks make it harder.
then you have to go far to get deep water.

Outstanding place. Best dinner and breakfast we’ve ever had :)

+ Comfy beds.
+ Good quality furniture.
+ Spacious room.
+ Quiet area.
+ Nice garden.
+ Cleanliness.
+ Checkout till 11.
+ Closeness to the shallow beach. Actually it was too shallow for us, we commuted to Wild Rock which we recommend.
- Sea view is not a sea view but a possibility to see the sea somewhere among the buildings when you stand. Pictures are misleading. I've attached pictures what you see when you sit i the best spot on the balcony.
- There is no private beach as they are known across Croatia. To get to the beach you need to pass local road. So in the end everyone can access the beach - and many people do that. It's far from secluded private beach.
- Overpriced and overrated when compared to 7 other apartments we rented in Croatia in various locations.
- Fridge every 6-10minutes makes a long sound similar to tank filling with water after you flush the toilet.
- Absolutely disasterous Wi-Fi of which owner is aware of. If you need to do some work - forget.
- First time since 50+ accomodations my driving license as a way to identify myself was rejected, and I've been told that if I won't give my personal id I won't be allowed to stay. If you are concerned seriously about your data security, take that into consideration.
- No even a kettle.
- No place to dry your clothes.
- Very small bathroom.

Super service, tasty breakfasts.

Perfect place to calm down and relax, just a few steps from the beach and beautiful bay, at the end of this small town (right beside Vir Bridge). No crowds makes this place very peaceful, with plenty place to swim and lay on the beach. You also have a nice beach bar available there. As for the B&B, it is run by a very nice family. The owner is very helpful and prepares a very good and generous breakfasts. Price is 10 EUR per person daily, and it is worth these money. You get a choice of bread, cheese, ham, freshly baked pies, jams and fruits (every day something different). Served in the garden under the trees, very refreshing. You have all you need, large room (no.1) and bathroom, comfortable bed, air-con, flat TV, nice view from the window (only missing the balcony, but we could use the common terrace). You have small fridge available in the room which is handy. You can ask for iron if necessary. But if you want use it exclusively, you need to bring your own. Same for hairdryer or kettle. Outside shower with fresh water also on site, so you can rinse yourself from sand and salt. This place is also perfect location for short escapes to Zadar, Nin, Pad Island, Ugljan Island and some national parks. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us! :)))

First of all, I liked the location - the accommodation was located at the end of the town near the bridge that leads to Vir island. It was “in the middle of nowhere” but this is to be understood only in a positive sense, it was very peaceful there which was something I had looked for when searching for accommodation in the area at the time. The room was very clean and it had a terrace / balcony. The staff was super nice and hospitable, true professionals. I paid for dinner and breakfast that were very delicious, especially the dinner. I was sitting under a tree while being served 3 starters- mussels, shrimps and fried anchovies- all fresh and subsequently I was served a fresh fish. There was also a very fine wine being served. I was in heaven.

For a bed and breakfast I feel the cost way way too high and the meals were charged extra on top of that. The meals were charged as extra and were the most expensive meals I had in Croatia.
Meals were an added expense and way to expensive.

amazing view. great room. great terrasse. the property was clean and well maintained.

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly
clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast is amazing. It was always tasty, using fresh local ingredients and delicious gluten free treats were specially prepared for one of our party. Liljana is a lovely host; warm, welcoming and helpful.
There is a beach a few metres from the house that is handy for a swim, but not scenic. With a car you can get to lots of more beautiful beaches in 10-15 minutes.
Temporary nearby building work was noisy at times. Hopefully this will be completed by summer 2022.

Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Parking directly in the garden. Great view at the sea. Big rooms. Perfectly clean. Free cold or hot water 24/7.
In my opinion the bed was quite soft and creaky. The location of this house is quite far away from city centre.

The breakfast and dinner were perfect. We got exactly what we have ordered, the balcony with beautiful see view. Privlaka is very quiet village, but that´s what we preferred.

Super friendly and caring host, very nice ace and quiet surroundings. We only stayed one night but we would definitely come back to this place to explore the beautiful region. Sam & Cai

The place is fantastic! You have sea just for yourself in front of the villa at very quiet place. But even more exciting is the owner Ljiljana - her attitude is great. And her fantastic home made food from products grown on her garden is excellent for vegetarians as well as for paleo lovers. Communication before our arrival with Matije was perfect. Simply, our best vacation!
