We stay one week with very hot weather 30+ Degreese. Very fine with a Nice skimming pool, near different beaches. Very nice restaurants and bars in the neighberhood. An extra set keys for the swimming pool is a must. Also airco in all rooms especially in the appartment down the stairs ( very hot) is a must. But we recommendate this very fine appartment to everybody.

Apt was very clean and spacious. Balcony was really lovely. Cannot fault the location. Minutes from large supermarket and loads of bars and restaurants. Only fault we could find was that we had no mid stay clean after our first week. It also meant that we had to change the beds and wash the bedding which for 5 beds was a bit of a pain. We also only got 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each which meant that we had to get the towels dry quickly before we needed another shower. Not something that I wish to be doing whilst on holiday. For the money paid I would have expected at least a change of bedding after a week. That wouldnt stop me from booking again though and we didnt think the photos did full justice to the apartment particularly the master bedroom which is large and very bright. We also didnt like the fact that the maids were stood outside the apartment from around 7.45 am when we had said we were leaving at 8am.

Lovely property, very clean and well situated with a 2minute walk to local supermarket and a bakery around the corner. We had a problem with the air conditioning but we got in contact with the property manager an the owner came to see us himself and he got it sorted 1st thing on the Monday. He was very nice and would certainly visit again in the future.

Bungalow was fabulous well equipped and very clean as was the patio area. The owner reacted immediately to an issue and got the matter resolved quickly. The location was fantastic (no big hills) and just 5 minutes from the beach. The gardens are well maintained and look beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

Comforable, quiet apartment in a good location

What can I say, the apartment was amazing, very well stocked with all the things you have at home. The apt was lovely clean and airy. The location was great, everything about the holiday was fantastic and the host could not have been more holiday. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. Really great property. Lovely inside with great facilities and plenty of space. Lovely clean pool area, plenty of sun beds and a real sun trap. Met the owner who was lovely too. Thank you for a lovely stay in your fabulous apartment.

Just returned from an amazing stay at the apartment. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. For a family of 7 there was plenty of space. Would not hesitate booking this apartment again.

Exactly as we had hoped, perfect size for a large family group. Everything is provided for a perfect vacation

The house was great; perfect location near the beach. My only advise would be to let a bit of soap for the washing machine and few other little things like this; that will avoid the guest to buy a whole pack of soap for few days! We had a little problem in one of the bathroom but was solved within the next hours; so nothing to complain about. Great overall Silvia

Just returned yesterday from this lovely spacious apartment. Location is very good. Apartment was clean and modern. There were 6 adults staying at the property and there was plenty of room. The only downside was the pool was not open on this site and the pool that could be used in a different location was not very nice.

Just back from an amazing week in this stunning apartment- the location is perfect close to the beach shops and restaurants- will definitely stay here again!

We’ve just had a fantastic week in this fab apartment. It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for the week. Perfect location too. 5 mins to the beach . 5 mins to the shopping centre with large supermarket. Loads of restaurants nearby and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop. The communication with Anna and Simone was excellent. We phoned on arrival at the airport and were met at the apartment and shown round with explanations for everything necessary. We had a problem with the door to the terrace during our stay and it was fixed within hours. We also had use of the second, 1 bedroom apartment, which was located below the main one with access from the terrace but also access from the road. Also a lovely, clean apartment. We will book this apartment again! Thank you Anna.

Lovely apartment, but a shame that the swimming pool was not available and this was not communicated before our arrival .

We have just returned from a fabulous week staying at this fabulous villa, we were a party of 6, 2 adults and 4 teenagers who never felt on top of each other in the large space the property offered. The photos are a true reflection of the property with all the very latest appliances and furniture,. Are only small negative would be that the villa is not equipped with air conditioning but this was not a big issue as ample fans are supplied. The overall location was perfect, away from the main hustle and all night music but close enough to walk to all amenities you could wish for, if you need to take a taxi there is a rank 100m down the road and you can get anywhere for €5. We spent a couple days at Siam water park which is an amazing facility and full of lots to do for all the family, slightly expensive but you can book your return visit when leaving which is at half price, it takes about 7 or 8 min to walk from the villa. One recommendation if you intend to eat in (everything you need to do this is in the villa x 2) is that you grab a taxi and head to Siam shopping mall, here there is a huge supermarket that has a great selection of amazing produce and much cheaper than the number of smaller shops near the villa. There was one disappointing email a couple days before we were due to leave the uk which informed us that unfortunately there was a problem with the onsite pool and it had been closed, however, the team and owners could not have been more helpful, they managed to arrange for us to use a nearby pool which was located within another complex, in our opinion this negative turned very much into a positive as this pool had attached a bar and food facilities along with a life guard, the whole family had many fun hours there. I fully recommend this villa and send our thanks again to the owner and management team for such a lovely villa.
