Amazing loved the secludedness, connecting with nature, family time best retreat for sure

Loved how beautiful and big the home is. With our family of four was it felt so big. Loved the fire place and never-ending firewood. Best part for my family was to bang out respectfully with kangaroos and wake up to them in the yard. Cant wait to return for the nest adventure

Very comfortable and happy.

I can feel that the owners make a great effort to make it comfortable for the holiday makers. And I love the books in my bedroom and the decorations in the villa, I guess the owners are not only artistic but also philosophical.

I am not sure what the image above the toilet is about, however if you can put it outside in a clean area, it will be perfect. The image on the front door is absolutely beautiful.

it’s a beautiful secluded property, lovely decor and the kangaroos outside were very popular with the kids! close to Daylesford for supplies while still feeling remote.

Fabulous.

A little out of town. Car definitely needed. No facilities nearby. Lovely bush setting. Kangaroos everywhere.

It was all lovely. No negatives. As long as you are aware that you need to bring supplies. Couldn't work oven but that was probably because we don't have that sort.

Wonderful stay in rural Victoria

Wonderful rural location readily accessible (by car) to Hepburn Springs and Daylesford. Wifi and Cable TV for the rural-challenged. Quiet and adjacent to a wonderful pottery studio belonging to the owners of the property. Easy arrival/departure. Provided with tea and coffee to make but if you want breakfast will need to prepare or go into town. Bonus alert !! There is a"Mob" or "Troop" of wild Kangaroos in the neighborhood that make their presence known in the early evening and the early morning. Also sighted a local Kookaburra. Great combination of rural relaxed quiet but close proximity to towns and an excellent Indian restaurant.

Exceptional

Perfect getaway for summer or winter. Peaceful and secluded. We were fortunate to have warm days to enjoy the outdoor terrace and cool nights to have a fire going in the small fireplace. Cozy villa with gorgeous views, saw 4 kangaroos eating outside the window in the evening.

Internet was dropping in and out a bit, but that is not the main reason you would stay at the place. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets in the spa.

Welcoming and rustic Villa in quiet bush location.

Quiet peaceful location. Lots of kangaroos to watch. Owner quick to rectify a minor problem. Villa rustic and welcoming.

Great spot for a getaway

The Villa is nicely done, very quaint and picturesque

Everything was lovely, the host and manager were accommodating but unfortunately the room had forgotten to be cleaned / turned over before we checked in. This was a genuine mistake and the owner and manager got the cleaner to come and clean within a few hours. We had a lovely stay thereafter anyway

Serene, relaxing, cosy, welcoming and quiet, exactly what we were after!

The location, the villa and everything was perfect. I could sit in that big picture window all day. It was warm, cosy and quiet. We couldn’t be happier with our weekend away and will definitely be back. I’ll be telling everyone about our weekend and can’t wait to go back!!

Could just do with some kitchen items (cling wrap, paper towels, sharper knives) which is hardly a negative, we were very happy with our weekend, what a find!!

This place is a real hidden gem. It’s absolutely gorgeous, we totally enjoyed our stay and Peter was fabulous to deal with. The pictures don’t do this place justice. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful home in a rural space with amazing views over the valley. Well fitted out , perfect for a few friends or two couples if they don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Nice fire.
