Gostamos muito da rapariga da recepção “Sara Freitas “que nos acolheu bastante bem . Os quartos são bastante confortáveis e teem tudo !

O facto de não terem uns roupões / chinelos . O facto do pequeno almoço ser aparte da reserva

Never had such poor service in any other hotel. So sad as the rest of the resort was amazing.

The size of the apartment was amazing. The height of the ceiling too - so much space.

Due to the fact there was no air conditioning on the ground floor of the apartment, we were not able to spend even 5 minutes in the lounge/kitchen area and when there, we were forced to be in our bedrooms as that was the only place with air conditioning. The temperature was approx 35 degrees. Reception refused to offer us any portable fan to alleviate the problem. Also, I asked for toppers to be put on 3 of our beds after the first night as I had hardly managed to sleep due to the hardness of the mattress. On arriving back at the apartment in the evening (as we were unable to spend any time there in the day due to the lack of air con) the toppers hadn't arrived. I then had to use my German mobile phone to ring reception (the phone in the apartment was not functioning) - they had absolutely no record of the request and after ringing them back 30 mins later they informed me it would be impossible to get the toppers delivered that evening. Very dissatisfied!

Every time disappointing

We have stayed unfortunately more than 6,7 times in this hotel and there is always something wrong. You pay for the "view" and they give you the other rooms, or they are saying that is not payed and you show them the payment and then they are like "oh yeah yeah, I didn't see it". Every time there is something wrong. Very disappointed with the hotel!

Really good

Good facilities and very nice staff. They allowed us to check-out later with no charge as we had a baby. In the mountain good to relax.

I feel they should offer a rope and flip flops for spa, as they do for people that are in the hotel. Apart from that all went good

One of the best accommodations in the Algarve.

The staff went the extra mile. We arrived at the resort at 0130 hrs , after a 12 hour day travelling & we were met by a welcoming staff member. He checked us in & noticed that it was my partners birthday & said ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. it made us both smile due to the fact that because we had a long day travelling , we had actually forgot it was after midnight, therefore his birthday! That morning after only a few hours sleep, we dragged ourselves out of bed to go & make the most of Portugal & the fantastic weather. We returned back to our accommodation around 1430 hrs , only to be welcomed in the room by a birthday card & little birthday cake , complete with candle for my partner ! We’ve been to accommodation before on birthdays & no one has ever done anything like that before.

Thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay.

Modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a complex adjacent to the Algarve Race Circuit. Good value too. Best place to stay for access to events like MotoGP, F1 etc.

Hotel food and drink prices are steep (but you can always take your own as the kitchen was very well equipped). Apart from the circuit there is nothing nearby (fine if you just want a relaxing break but this is not a 'nightlife' location).

Nested among hills, peaceful and relaxing.

Facilities including pools and spa, serene and peaceful environment. Spacious apartment with large balcony. Responsive staff, cleaned and replenished bathroom stuff every other day. Ensuite room.

Double bed. Small tv for the size of the living room. Pods for dishwasher and washing machine not included.

Exceptional

We chose the apartment as it was close to the Algarve Race track and it was perfect. The apartment was spacious with a balcony giving views of the track, Portimao & the ocean. The facilities were great as well as the mini market. The hotel staff were most helpful & organised with arranging transport of our motorcycle from the hotel to The Netherlands. Wonderful place to relax.

Superb

Bruno was amazing at check in and throughout our 3 week stay. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional as well. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The large pool had plenty of loungers and space and quite welcome on a hot day.

Had to repeatedly request a top sheet for our beds, which was often removed when sheets were changed.

A wonderful family stay

Lots of space and air conditioned bedrooms. Cleaning staff checked every day. Pool and facilities were close by. Lots of parking.
