A marvelous first stop in my Colombia trip.

The apartment is big and well-decorated. The bed is very comfortable and there is all the basic equipment in the kitchen. The hotel is located in Usequen, a safe and wealthy neighborhood, so one can stroll around at night time without worries. There are quite a few very good supermarkets within walking distance, I particularly liked Carulla Fresh supermarket. The vegetable and fruits are fresh and I think everything is better priced than Gastronomy supermarket. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I asked them to help me get a taxi to the old town and the airport, and they did it through an app and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes.

I wish they could provide more information on daily and other culture/nature tours in and around Bogotá. Well, I should have asked them at the front desk but since I don't speak Spanish ( and am very shy) I always hesitate to ask, hehe.

We loved our time here and would highly recommend a stay

The location was perfect and the rooms and facilities were spot on and the members of staff that we met were lovely. There were lovely restaurants nearby and the are area was safe to walk around. We just loved it here.

good location, safe, excelente Staff, full equipped to make your stay nicer than ever

the Main Street where the apartment is located has lots of traffics starting at 530am. also there is a store on the corner that delivery trucks comes either close to midnight or at 4am that will wake you up inevitably!!! but other plus override these elements that us out of control from the owner!!!

Perfect

Staff absolutely helpful and friendly! Super clean room. Excellent location, lots of good restaurants. Our room had a washing machine / dryer, the kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals, if you want to. They clean the room every day if you wish to. Has parking spaces so you can leave a car if you need to. Overall great experience and will come again!

The mattress was a little bit hard, otherwise no complaints!

The staff, location and the apartment are wonderful and well worth it!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The security of the building and its location are excellent!

The property has a washing machine that also dries clothes. Unfortunately, the dryer didn’t work well.

Good location, cleaning to improve, new facilities and great shower

24h security which is extremely important in Colombia Staff was very polite and nice Location is good, considering Usaquén is the only secure area in Bogotá. Many supermarkets nearby The building is very new Excellent water pressure in the shower. Washing/dryer in the apartment Daily cleaning Decent desk for working Not badly insulated for the noise

Bad Wi-Fi connection The apartments are small, and I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. The cleaning should be improved. Surfaces and the floor were dirty when I checked-in

Beautiful Located, in Usaquen the Zitu 106 is a wonderful stay.

I like the building staff, location, and facilities. I loved the convenience of having a washer &dryer. It was conveniently located next to a supermarket, and taco shop that stayed opened late for late night travelers like myself.

I didn’t like that the hot water / water pressure, would be cut during the day and I would have to call downstairs to get it turned on. Also they didn’t mention in the booking that they did not except US and they take their payments in Pesos. The staff didn’t seem to know how the washer/ dryer worked. So we spent so much time on our first day figuring it out. Just know we didn’t quite figure it out because we left with wet clothes in our bags
