Muy mal experiencia con el personal de check in front desk

Las habitaciones son cómodas

Las personas de frente no son amables muy mal trato no son hospitalarias anterior me había quedado ahí y fue lo opuesto , esta vez me voy con mal sabor que llegamos Cansados por un error en la reserva estaban tratando a uno con actitud y mal humorados en vez de tratar de resolver la situación y ser más hospitalarios .ellos actuaron como si nosotros no fuéramos huéspedes sino que estuviéramos pidiendo una lismona

Una estancia muy agradable en un paraje sensacional, con unas vistas al rio fascinantes.

Sin duda su ubicacion es extraordinaria, y el hotel tiene encanto y personalidad. Su restaurante es mas que aceptable, en comparacion con los restaurantes del pueblo. El servicio es amable y atento aunque no muy eficaz.

En la primera habitacion no habia nevera y me cambiaron a otra en la que la caja de seguridad no funcionaba. Necesitan mejorar el check room antes de hospedar un cliente.

Entiendo que en las reservaciones de booking deben especificar el monto adicional que estar cargando en caso de que el huésped dañe algo de la habitación (hold)

did appreciate the room for value, accommodating with extra person added, breakfast was good

Room had a great view of river and mountains. pool table was fun for kids along with pool. was great having a balcony to relax on. felt safe.

the safe did not work neither did the phone in room(but felt safe and just walked to front desk). food at restaurant for dinner was not good, however great restaurants outside in town. since no coffee maker in room would have appreciated free 24 hour access to tea and coffee. property seemed to need care, part of main balcony over river was falling apart , various patios could not be used in disrepair (not sure if a tree had recently fallen and caused damage).

Decent but not special

Nice room and stunning views around the site. Good swimming pools and pool table.

Internet was very weak and often didn't work. Restaurant was expensive considering you pay a lot of money to stay there in the first place.

Poor value. Small and uncomfortable rooms for the price. Unhelpful reception staff.

The rooms are very small and not equipped. Had to carry our luggage a long distance from the parking to the rooms (staff at the reception did not even offer to help). Remote controls for TV and are given to you at check in at the desk and you have to return the at the desk....(what is this???). I don't recommend this hotel.

Superb

Thw staff was great, speaks freely in english. View to the river from room is amazing and unordinery.

The way to the hotel is a bit broken and can be quit hard for a non suv car

The perfect place to get close to nature, the water sound going through the rocks and the green environment.

the parking loot doesn’t have roof and the bedroom doesn’t have the wifi info on the wall. The breakfast is measured so you can’t eat as much as you want.

Definetely does not meet my expectations.

Breakfast was good.

Rooms must be upgrade to match the price that we pay for. The sorrounding of the facility is beautiful but at the end of the day what we need is a nice room with more space and more amenities. Money is money regard the currency.

Wished I invested in another hotel!

The river was the best thing about the hotel. Even better when it’s not raining a lot, but still nice.

Roadway leading to hotel had a lot of holes and very dark at night so you’ll hit many. The pool and hot tub was dirty and a lot of locals come with day passes so big turn off. Needs updating badly. The staff was very friendly.

Beautiful setting

The setting is absolutely exceptional. The hotel is brilliant but probably needs a little bit of updating. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is great. The views are spectacular.

People were nice ....exterior always kept clean...Rooms need to be upgraded. Floor near activity area is dangerous. Menu should have more kid options. Breakfast needs more items.
