RM230++ price show in booking.com but I paid RM280++. Final price will be handled by the owner.

Many facilities are provided such as a mini refrigerator, iron and the water heater for shower works well.

The ceiling was not fit properly and the chair broke. service room are not provided unless you ask the staff (but not blame the staff because she work alone that day)

room is comfortable room amenities are decent bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows and 2 small cuishons 24 hours shop room decor is a fusion of classic english style + malay/indonesion. the ambience is like typical room in horror movies but I like it. air cond is cool enough fan also working plugs are working

mini bar not working flow trap clogged, not totally clogged but the water is very slow to drain tv channels no lift only stairs prayer mat and qibla direction is not available

Eg only if possible Just FOC at least 2 PCs of car parking ticket for every one day rental in this hotel.If two days just available for 4 PCs and so on .If the rental get finished the ticket then he/she will look for another one.So the rental person keep easy by no need to looking anymore car parking and by this way he/she will alwayz easily rental this hotel at time later.This only our suggestion only.

1.No lift 2.plse prepare for 2 PCs of one room excess card which we will going out eg for lunch/dinner not at the same time

Very nice surprise in KK

3 star quality, good reliable internet, great location and great value for the money. I have stayed at other hotels in KK at the same price and they don't even come close to Koolerinn. In a class of it's own here in KK.

Pleasant stay

1. Easy access to restaurant, 24 hours shop and shopping complex 2. Polite and friendly staff 3. The price is affordable for a very nice and clean room.

RM90/night? You better look for other comfortable hotels to stay.

The room was full with small flies all over the bed, the dressing table, inside the bathroom not to mention inside the kettle. Spider web also can be seen all over the ceiling even inside the bathroom. the bedsheet that was used was torn and the duvet didn’t seem to be cleaned as there are many traces of dirt that can be seen. I bet they even didn’t sanitise the room at all. there is even a pack of sausages along with the frozen ice inside the refigerator. I wonder why the houskeeping never check it. The aircond is not functioning well and the owner didn’t intend to replace the aircond, maybe thats why there’s a ceiling fan as back up. Seriously, its damn hot. The water heater is not functioning at all but I like the water pressure which is strong even the room is in the 3rd floor. To be honest, cheaper hostels are more comfortable to stay as their facility is even better than this hotel. Did told the receptionist about that, she asked whether we want change the room. Since we’ve been outside the whole day and return to the hotel at midnight, we are too tired to change the room.
