individually fully equipped residential building with land for sole use, (duplex, formerly: home of the Seefahrschool, anno 1955, carefully renovated maintaining the style) about 87 square meters with 4 rooms and kitchen (below: underfloor heating), gas central heating, cozy furnished with old or solid wood furniture, compiled to our taste (see photos, no sterile standard equipment from the developer)
3-star holiday home (F ***) classification by the German Tourism Association (DTV):
The equipment of the house would also allow a 4 star rating by the DTV. Because we are not always able to guarantee beds (especially on weekends in high season) we have rated the house with 3 stars (F ***). Bed linen and towels can be borrowed additionally from the manager.

Ostseebad-Wustrow: a centuries-old picturesque captain village with many old half-timbered and thatched houses. There are various shops (supermarkets etc) and restaurants of different grade, which are easily reachable on foot or bicycle. It borders the neighboring Baltic-Ahrenshoop, which is a well-known artist village with a number of galleries and art exhibitions, Many call it the Sylt of the East.
In both places, there are some restaurants with typical local color (esp. A very good range of fish)
