Comfortable

Newly built and well appointed apartment with stunning view across Messinian Gulf . 5 min drive from a quaint village with a few bars, shops and restaurants . Sleeps 4 people comfortably We opted for no kitchen but there was a fridge and the cleaning staff kindly put 2 glasses there after noticing our empty beer bottles

The twin bed room had only 2 sockets not reachable behind the beds. The main bedroom we only saw one socket. There were 4 bedside lamps which couldn’t be plugged in. Had to move a bed to plug in my chargers A little high up on the hill accessible only via a dirt track.

Außer dem Pool und der Aussicht alles schlecht.

Der Pool als solcher ist schön aber Liegen, Schirme und das gesamte Ambiete sind sehr schlecht. Der Pool ist auch sehr dreckig.

Die Ausstattung der Arpartments ist sehr schlecht und es wirkt so als wäre der Bau insgesamt noch nicht fertiggestellt. Überall hänge Stromkabel ohne Anschluss herum und man weiß nicht ob darüber Strom läuft. Absprachen von dem Vermieter werden nicht eingehalten, missachtet und man wird dann von der Putzfrau bedrängt die Unterkunft zu verlassen. Am ersten Tag war kein warmes Wasser in der gesamten Unterkunft vorhanden. Auf der gesamten Anlage befinden sich unmengen an Insekten, welche auch in sehr großer Zahl in der Wohnung vorkommen. Insektenschutzmittel oder Beseitigung der Insekten wurde abgelehnt. Reinigung der Unterkunft in den 5 Tagen sehr schlecht und unregelmäßig. Die Zufahrt zu der Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe und eine Zumutung. Der Weg ist nicht ausgeschildert und man muss eine unbefestigte Straße mit extremer Steigung zu der Unterkunft befahren auch der absolut kein Platz ist zum Ausweichen. Ich würde jedem von der Unterkunft abraten und etwas empfehlen was unter anderem auch besser gelegen ist da die Umgebung wirklich nichts sehenswertes zu bieten hat. Man muss mindestens 30 Minuten bis zum nächsten Ort fahren der ansatzweise schön ist. Eine halbwegs guten und großen Supermarkt gibt es auch erst in einer Entfernung von 30 Minuten. Wer gerne selber kochen möchte sollte sich Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer und alles andere selber mitbringen, da die Küche quasi unausgestattet ist.

Value for money, plesant stay!

Superb, new apartments, with an amazing view. The room was spacious, clean and with easy access to the pool. Villas are highly recomended for small trips around the area

Only as a recomendation and since the nearest shops are available only with car, I would like to have a bottle of water uppon our arrival and also something for the mosquitos. Moreover, there is not a pool bar in order to order drinks/beverages

Great place.

This place is beautiful. What a setting. Wow. Really clean with a lovely pool. I loved how each property had its own olive tree garden. The decor was lovely. Christina met us. She works hard. Lovely lady. Something I really liked was listening to the Jackals in the distance howling at night. Or the owl hooting away. Fantastic.

Just feel the road needs attention where it's warn away through heavy rainfall or through cars. We got up no problem with a little fiat 500 but took our time. I'd happily stay there again.

Cristina was very helpful and kind. The apartment has an incredible view and was quiet and very clean. The location was very good to explore the area, with an easy access to Pylos, Methoni, Caroni... our stay was just great! Thank you!

Good potential, few more touches needed to make it great.

Pool area was lovely with amazing view. shutters and fly screens and air conditioning all good.

property not quite finished and needs a few touches to make it work. needs a few hooks in the bedrooms and a hook for the hand towel in the bathroom. a bit more furniture for personal items. hangers in the wardrobes too high for most people to reach! they are also just the very basic metal kind. chemicals in the pool discoloured all our swimming costumes. suggest the owners stay to test it for themselves. also unclear whether it’s self-catering or a hotel as our beds were made up when we were out… but no other hotel facilities.

Bautyful, calm, clean, very baby friendly, well equiped apartment, and that view!!!

Friently owner and hauskeeper, on request even got a baby bed and the apartment was very well equiped, quiet pool, very bautyfull place, would always come back and recomend just for that view alone

A propper knife in the kitchen for cuting up vegetables would be nice

Good potential but disappointing.

The space, the location, the garden.

The access and way up the hill (can’t call it a road up to the property). The bed in the lounge which doesn’t work because the security lights don’t make it a bedroom at all and the door up the stairs is paper thin so the first night was tough. The swimming pool that was not very nice. No bar open. So a let down from the pictures posted.

Amazing visit

I loved the staff, always so friendly and always trying to Make you feel Good.

For a person who didn’t have a car it was harder to get to the shop, city etc. But if you travel with a car it’s a great place to be at.

Very clean accommodation, spacious space- room and lounge area. I love the outside area and swimming pool- perfect for a dip first thing in the morning. The host is lovely she welcomed as on arrival and treated us to some figs just before we left ☺️

Wonderful view, and contrary to what you might see in other reports the way up is quite easy with a car. The living room and terrace were spacious. The cleaning lady is super nice and helpful.

Bedroom is a bit on the small side. It's a detail, but we thought there was a bar next to the swimming pool according to the picture.... That could have been nice, but the place is maybe a bit to small to have one.

The location of the property was perfect! Also the view was amazing ! we have left a bag on the property and they send it to us the next day after our communication! I can suggest to everyone if you want to pass some days in a nice and calm place

Excelent

Relaxing and cozy place with wonderful apartmens and a terrace. It is a little hard to arrive correctly here (don't trust maps, it will take you on wrong roads, talk to the person from the location). It was very clean, the pool and the location had a very nice view from the top and you could also order food from the near restaurants. Really enjoyed our time here, the surroundings with the garden and flowers and the people were very helpful and nice to us.

Everything was wonderful.

Lovely modern spacious villa. Sea views excellent. Kids loved the pool.

We would have liked some basic cooking supplies such as oil and salt so bring your own as otherwise all very good.

The view. The cleaning lady was friendly.

1) The road to the cottage was a small rural road not paved, nobody wants to destroy their car (rented or not)! 2) The owner, his answer to my comment about the road what that "its not my road" ...... That's not an answer!!!!Yes its not private road, but this road leads to the cottages ONLY, so it is his responsibility to improve it for his guests. Or at least try to cut bushes that scratch the cars!!! 3)I had booked the 2 room apartment, the main room had sufficient space, the second room was so tiny that the door was not closing, with just 2 single beds nothing else!!!! We we family so it was kind of manageable but if we were friends????? 4) I booked and paid for 5 people, there was only one sofa in the living room!!!! Don't know were the remaining 2 people will seat. The kitchen area had again only 4 small chairs. 5) Insufficient lighting in the exterior stairs leading to the apartment. 6) Exposed wires everywhere 7) Missing microwave oven, mandatory when having a baby with you.
