It wasn't the best place as it had a lot of faults even though I tried to give it a chance. Each day

Bed sheets were never changed, used sandals were given upon arrival, ac noisey, room was very tight and small, room was never cleaned properly. No toilet paper. No view from our window as it was covered from the outside so we never knew when it was day or night. Don't think we'll be staying here ever again

There is room for improvement

One lady in the front desk named Jean would action our request immediately once asked others would forget or ignore.

Please work on the cleanliness or have a superior review whoever is cleaning the rooms. They would only do the bed - no change of sheets, nor cleaning of the toilet. No wipe down or vacuum/sweeping of the floor.

Exceptional

.Kim, the lady in reception, was very kind and helpful, and when I told her about my room problem, she changed my room with a 20% discount and gave me a more comfortable and quiet room. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of its responsibility and respect for customers. I will be back soon and will stay in this hotel for sure. 5☆☆☆☆☆ for your kindness. Thanks Kim

Disappointing

Friendly accomodating staff

Upon booking i have ask for a coffee in the room but as we arrived it doesnt have,small things is important same as big details, you can tell the room is abit old, some dirt on the walls, comfort room is really not that clean, no rugs on the toilet when u got out wet, bed can be for 3 people but the space is for one person only to be honest

Think twice before you book in this hotel

Location is very near the business district, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurant, school and chruch. Public transportation is available 24/7.

Room smell so stinky. Pillows and beddings are so old and not comfortable to use. Hotel manager and 95% of staff are not trained to accommodate guest inquiries and hotel services are substandard. Parking are full during our stay. Lower Ground parking has all the garbages of the hotel it looks so dirty and its all over the area. Ewwww!! Overall review 2/10. Never book your stay here.

Even though we made a reservation and full payment online with a confirmation number but they make it difficult for us to check in unless you provide an authorization letter from the person who booked you the room from his/her account so strict and unprofessional you guys should learn about customer retention and customer satisfaction and considerate that people came from a long trip to relax not to hassle so disappointed! Plus dirty rooms with a lot of cockroach!!!

Except for the proximity to the variaty of restaurents we are disappointed

Location is great, a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance

The room was much smaller than mentioned on the booking page. The aircon in the first room was spoilt and loud like a steam hammer. In the second room the toilet flushing did not work properly. The booking page states continental breakfast included. But delivered to the room was local food with rice, scrambled egg and corned beef or chicken sausage. Only one small cup of coffee served. Only one chair in a double room, so had to take breakfast in bed.

The WiFi was good. Shower was good

TV on wall but didn't work. Safe locked and couldn't be used. Breakfast was cold rice and a boiled egg. Sound from lift all night

The fact it is near big malls and restaurants

The fact we where with 3 persons and even after asking we had only 1 towel, also the breakfast we asked for was 2 times not served, staff is very unfriendly
