Highly recommend!

Had everything we needed from information sheets about the villa, resort, and island to a wine opener to coffee.

Extra towels and sheets would be nice

There were some nice aspects, but I will not recommend this resort.

Bar location, food, drinks & service were amazing. Nice view of the ocean. Pool was great.

Lobby receptionist lied about a hurricane coming. She prepped us for hurricane power outages. But come to find out, there were scheduled power outages which rotated around the units. This was frequent. Lost sleep one night. Weeds are overgrown, landscaping near unit not maintained. Beach was covered in algae. Not cleaned. Desk service not friendly. Request for new towels didn’t deliver on one occasion.

They changed our room without previous notification, new room didn’t have a terrace that my wife was really looking forward too, so that was a fly in the ointment.

Being right next to Coki Beach and those attractions was a plus, as was being next to Margaritaville

The room, and the virtually private pool.

The banisters in particular reflect a lot of deferred maintenance. At 79 years of age, I found the 60% and even the 45% streets and stairs to be just a bit too much, I would not recommend this facility for over 65.

Gorgeous view from D31. Nice pools and restaurants.

The pull out sofa in D31 was not comfortable for an adult. The taxi driver was not willing to make change so I recommend have lots of small bills in various denominations.

Fun and sun in paradise

The location was great. I loved that our unit was right on the water. The space was large and filled with light!

Some of the stairs are quite uneven and hard to see at night.

Great views with walking hills to everything

The views and bar was close and had a full kitchen.

Beach small hard walk too with no chairs. Pools barely had chairs. Hard to get taxis sometimes.

The food was very good. Our main complaint was that the condo unit appreared to not have been updated since the condo was built. There was rust on the side of the frig and the refrigerator unit seemed like it was overdue for a new one. There was also no microwave. The water faucet in the shower was barely working and it was so hard to turn on/off that I had to have my husband adjust it for me before I could get in the shower.. The location of the unit was really good - the third unit down from the front office. - I would recommend that building.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

I like the location of the resort and the ocean views. I liked that there were restaurants on the resort premises. I like that the room was clean and comfortable.

We did not have wi-fi at all during our stay. The room was some what outdated in the design like the kitchen cabinets and the doors to the closet. Did not care for the constant shuttle service to and from the lobby. Did not like the stairs along the resort. The stairs were steep and not real pleasant to walk on. I did not like that there was not a warm snack bar at the lobby area. I also did not like that there was no taxi service collaboration in place. For example, taxi to and from the air port is every 30 minutes, or to Red Hook every 30 minutes.

Beautiful set up to witness Gods beautiful creation. A very relaxing trip.

Beautiful scenic views, restaurants on the property and helpful staff.

It was very hilly and quite a workout from our room to the restaurant. my husband mentioned the mattress was a problem. otherwise it was a great stay.

It was ok but for what I paid and I hat the pics showed it was not what I thought I was getting.

We did not have breakfast at the restaurant where you could pay for breakfast

It was very misleading for the room that you would get. I booked a well furnished room with a great view but when I check d in I was told it was not available. I even called the resort a few days prior checking in my room and as told I would get the once I booked. Then I was asked to take a room without a covered balcony only. I refused this and the staff gave us another room with a covered balcony but it was poorly furnished and very outdated. That was so dissqppointing to me. Phones did not work so if you needed help you could not reach the office. The air conditioning was not cooling the entire place but just the bedroom.

Overall, had a wonderful time.

I enjoyed the scenery. The restaurant was great. Nice and friendly staff.

The climb to my villa. I am not in shape so the climb did me in. LOL. The front office closed at 6pm so it was hard to get transportation from the villa.

Great views and nice rooms, but extremely limited amenities and uncaring staff.

The view was excellent. The room was spacious. Security staff were helpful when office staff failed to provide services.

The room was advertised as having an oven, washer/dryer, and dishwasher which is false. The television, coffee maker, and one of the room keys, did not work. They replaced the coffee maker, but did not address any other issue. There was a sewer backup our first night, which was not addressed until the next day due to reduced office staff hours. They provided no cleaning services. Office staff were not helpful, and did not provide services requested or promised.

the room was extremely hot many critters and lizards coming in from outside through holes in the roof the restaurant on the shore is full of “sand flies” that eat you alive

Very good

Beautiful views, big studio with terrace and sea view, great staff. The snorkel beach is a great spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Always a spot at the pools (often there was nobody) and the bar of shoreline.

The studio’s interior was old, there was no cleaning during my five day stay due to covid while thorough cleaning is really required in such a warm and humid environment. The gym was closed.
