Best for leisure

The ambience, the staff, (front desk, housekeeping and restuarant), and ofcourse the food, the bakery was excellent.

Unfortunately not the best stay as expected

Breakfast was good with lot choices and good service by staff

Rooms kind of run-down from my last stay few years ago. Rooms don’t look fresh/serviced and equipment were broken & not working. I had to request for room change and still not as expected.

Luxury treat in a very lively city

Very modern hotel Very comfortable beds Quiet Friendly staff Mini fridge always useful

Our window was broken and let a lot of traffic noise in The shower head was broken - not up to the Marriott's standards Got our food order wrong (difficulty to be understood by restaurant staff) Closet for clothes in the bathroom (a bit weird regarding humidity) Retractable washing line in the shower - not practical at all A bit far from city centre but still reachable by rickshaw (max 200 INR - tourist price :D)

L’accueil, l’équipement et la propreté sont impeccables. Piscine agréable mi-ensoleillée, mi-ombragée. Hôtel un peu en dehors de la ville donc au calme. Compter 15 minutes et 200 roupies pour le temple de Meenakchi.

Very good hotel with helpful staff

Front Desk staff was very helpful in helping me find a room of my choice, although it was a walk-in request. Especially GRA Ms. Jananee was very helpful. Good hotel. Recommended.

Restaurant area wasn't open after lunch hours, even for snacks and tea/coffee for someone who misses lunch.

It was a very comfortable and nice stay. Very good location, very supportive staff ,clean facility.

Very good location. Very supportive staff member. I would especially like to appreciate Ms Jananee, Front Desk Mgr; who was very supportive and forth coming. Buffet menu is also quite sumptuous.

Cost is a bit higher for a city like Madurai. Needs to be cost effective.

a comfortable stay but the room size be better for the price paid

didnt feel it was worth the price paid.. the check in process can speed up ...was quite slow..

it’s was clean enough and at this property it was somewhat serene and peaceful given the location it was in…

just some furniture and infrastructure needed repair and refurbishment.
