I had repeatedly complaint about Power on and off. But it's not at all addressed till I vacate this morning. I demand refund of the hotel fare. Whole night it was on and off. Toiletries are not upto the mark and TV is not working and each time we have to switch on manually and when I asked the guy and he said there are some glitches in the connection. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everything was good and fine. Stay is worth the money.

The property is very old. Hence all the amenities are pretty old. The property needs complete over haul. The hotel demands advance by phone on all bookings. Rooms will be denied if you go directly. Not a good practice.

The location of the hotel is good.

Breakfast was not good. Staff was not cordial. The restaurant person was very rude. Had also lodged a complaint with the manager.

Location is great Best 3 star property near Kalupur (Ahmedabad Junction) Staff is very friendly.. breakfast was good. Overall i would recommend this hotel for solo/family stays.

Everything was worst. Rude staff. Messy rooms bad non working AC I think this property is made to spoil Sarovar Brand. When asked for room cleaning they strait said No. We ourselves have clean the room. Drinking water was just tap water not filtered. Really surprised can Sarovar hotel be like this...

Sarovar need to teach their staff how to talk in english that they can communicate with clients from outside.

I did not like anything there. They are not trained staff. Really got the worst service ever. Last time was the same thing. I thought to give it another chance as it is close to my work place. But i made the biggest mistake. Worst service. Worst staff. And yes.. the bed is as hard as a rock. Had to wake up every time at night because of back pain. Worst .. worst & worst.

Hotel is good but prices is to high and staffs are pure business man hospitality were missing

Hotel manager and staff were pure robots no humans and no smiling face pure business man.

Hotel staff and company policy needs to improve, i asked for cup of milk for child and they charged , hotel charged for small chips of packet. Hospitality feeling was missing and office staff needs only money thats it.

The food menu was very basis. We were looking for authentic Gujrati dishes. The price in comparison to the facilities was average

Terrible. My non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. Felt like I was a 50 a day smoker.

The non smoking room I booked stank of cigarette smoke. called reception to compline, no one returned my call or checked in on us.
