Smelly sewage in Bathroom, tricky personnel (triedto charge more at my arrival than my actual booking), had to ask for towels and bed covers, gave me other room than the booked one and had to adk for it.

Very nice.

My friend and I had a lovely week at Arsi Blue Beach. All the staff who work there are really nice and welcoming. Especially Ramos from the Hamam and Yusuf from reception, those two were a great help and gave good tips, that only made our holiday better. The room we had was nice and was really clean everyday and we had a fantastic view where we could see the sea and the mountain. The pool at the hotel was a great size and there were always sun beds available for everyone. The food at the hotel is very basic, so we didn’t starve, but it could be better. The hotel is in Tosmur, so we weren’t too near the centrum, where we saw loads of things, but it was really easy to take a Taxi and it was quite cheap too. For the price it was amazing! Thanks for having us!

My Mother’s first time in Turkey

The hotel is cosy and comfortable with nice rooms and admirable sea view. Everything in the room was standard, clean and working properly, nothing to complain about. In case something ran out of order our requests were accepted and fulfilled instantly. The staff are very friendly and helpful, never met any problems during our stay. All inclusive is ok, not perfect but quite good, we were not hungry. The pool is wonderful very clean, not much chlorinated, big and deep enough. The location is good for those who don’t look for parties and night life activities, though it’s not close to the main sights, which was not a problem for us, we used taxi. Two Migros shop points are quite near. If you want to have evening animation program you should think about another hotel, the territory is small but pleasant and well-groomed. My mom sends a lot of thanks and plans to come again)

Some visitors complained about road noise, but we did not feel any discomfort about that, I would prefer some animation at least one-two times a week.

Avoid this place

This was a nightmare. We run from this hotel after one night. It is not 4* hotel, maximum 2*. Room: 1. It wasnt clean, we have there food from previous guest 2. We paid for 2 rooms or twin room, get one small room for four People 3. Forgot on usual things like Hot water, sampoo or glass of water 4. The toilet doesnt work properly 5. We had a insect in bathroom Food: 1. There was only four meal for dinner, me and also children were hungry, breakfast we purchased in supermarket 2. Taste was terrible 3. Food wasnt fresh and warm, It was totally cold 4. No covid rules were applied, People takes food for themselves from bufet without face mask or gloves, they could contaminate food, restaurant was totally full, staff didnt enforce any covid measures Hotel: 1. Bar was only in Restaurant with very limited range of drinks 2. No entertainment like table tenis, biliard or something like this We made a complain to Manager. He totally lied to us. No possibility to get money back despite we paid for 2 nights and want to leave hotel after one hour we came there. We tried more than 20 hotels in Turkey and this was the worst we ever had in every aspect.

GREAT HOLIDAY!

The personal way great and very very helpful! The hotel is clean and its on a great location looking directly at the sea from one side and at the pool on another! Great food and alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were included with our reservation. Totally recommended! 💯

There was absolutely nothing we didnt like! I just wish we could stay a little bit longer than 8 days!
