A very comfortable motel room easily located in Colac with excellent off street car parking.

I found the gentleman in the office to be one of the most welcoming staff members compared with many others we encountered on our recent trip through Victoria. The room was very spacious and comfortable with the best bathroom of any motel we stayed at on our recent road trip.

There were a few noisy chaps outside in the carpark on our night there but luckily they settled down soon after 10 pm.

To expensive for poor accomodation

Not very much. However, the room was big enough for 4 people. Good for a one night stay. Do not expect too much.

Shower was not completely clean, rust spots on metal parts. Carpet showed burning spots of iron.

Cozy room for a one-night stay

The room is insulated well, so it stayed nice and warm overnight. The area was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable.

One of the wine glasses was a bit dirty. The bathroom doesn't have a fan, so everything gets damp in there.

Service was nice. Room was clean and bed comfortable

Bathroom had seen better days. Towel rack was old and fell apart leaving dangerous sharp brackets exposed. There was NO HOT WATER when I went to have my shower in the morning!! Parking was not allocated outside my room forcing me to park a considerable distance away, at the very back of the property.

Liked the big bed, the fact that there was a sliding door at the back to open, ground floor, couch, lights over mirror in bathroom. 👍🏻
