Clean, comfortable, 24h front desk

We arrived very late (2am) due to roadblocks in Jujuy province and were able to check in with no problems. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. Location is less than 5 minutes from the bus station.

The double beds are quite small.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff and even a smart TV!

The property was lovely, I don’t understand the bad reviews! It’s as if people are expecting the Hilton Hotel for the price or a free Cafe Martinez for breakfast. The place gives you your own private room with a private en-suite and a Smart TV for the same price as a hostel and free breakfast. Yes, the breakfast isn’t amazing, but I bet if breakfast was not included for the same price, no one would complain because their expectations are met. The man who checked us in was lovely and helped us out a lot and carried our bag to the room. Perfect location for border crossing, we literally walked across fine and nothing needed to be printed etc. The lady even let us stay in the breakfast area the next day whilst we were researching stuff and let us leave our bags there!

For the price, nothing! it was more than enough!

Not related to the property, but I do recommend grabbing dinner before sunset and heading back to the hotel.

Superb

Clean and comfortable. Great location in centre of La Quiaca, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Recommended.

La quiaca was a very much needed break after spending 14 hours on the bus from la paz to villazon

The location was superb just 5minutes walk from the bus terminus and the border with Bolivia

To be honest I can't fault the hotel

The staff was very helpful

A lot of things were missing during the breakfast, and since the staff was waiting for the ingredients to arrive. A simple breakfast was served 40min later than expected.

Good for one night. Clean and good shower. Good location for crossing the border.

I wouldn't call a piece of toast and a dry medialuna a breakfast.

The hotel looks very new, everything was modern and well maintained. The room was clean und spacious, the staff nice and the breakfast good.

Best of a bad lot?

Best of a bad lot? Not much choice in La Quiaca

Morning receptionist singularly unhelpful (in contrast with Rafael in the evening who was excellent). Breakfast was terrible.

Good

If you get stuck at the border, this place is totally fine. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Room and bed are kinda tiny for two people. That damn fitted sheet just won't stay on.

Just acceptable!

Very fast Check-in, changed my room without question to have little bit wider shower place. Street food cross the hotel.

Shower places are not good enough. Rooms are really very small. No enough places to put our bags, one of the bed was not flat and very uncomfortable. No English speaking staff in the morning.

Very cheap nice comfortable place to stay in the city center of La Quiaca

The very much perfect stay in La Quiaca! This wonderful place is in the city center, near the bus station and near the border to Bolivia. it‘s very clean, quiet, comfortable, very stabile fast internet. They serve a wonderful delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff.. I liked my stay a lot and I heartly recommend all travelers this accomodation and I‘ll definitely stay there again when I‘m back in La Quiaca.

The location was perfect to cross the border. The hostel was clean and The bed very confortable. Nice breakfast and cool staff.

The internet wasn't incredible but hey that's no major issue.

Clean hotel, very close to the bus terminal & border crossing. Staff are very nice. Allowed us to come and go after check-out most of the day. Which is very useful given this border crossing is one of the worst in the world.

WiFi doesn't work at all in the room. A little in the lobby but it's bad. If you need reliable WiFi connection look elsewhere.

Good location but terrible bed and no functioning wifi

Good location, and the lady who helped us in the morning was kind.

Horrible bed, totally sagged. We slept terrible. The wifi didn't work, which sucked because we needed it since the 3G network also didn't work so close near the border. The breakfast was not good. The hotel didn't have a printer and couldn't help with the forms for crossing the border and did not even have a contact, which you kind of hope for since that is what all travelers need in Quiaca.

Perfect for overnighting, one or more!

Quiet, little/no disturbance; firm bed; good hot water, close to great eatery, extremely attentive/friendly staff

STEPS! Very glad I was on the first floor, only had to ascend/descend one set of stairs! Definitely NOT wheelchair accessible.
