About this apartment rental
Ground floor one bedroom, modern luxury Apartment located in a converted Victorian Block. Within short walking distance to both Ventnor High Street and the beach.

Bedroom : sleeps 2 (king size double)
Ensuite shower room with low level WC
Fully equipped contemporary kitchen including gas hob, oven & extractor, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, kettle, N'espresso coffee machine and iron
Sofa bed : sleeps 1 adult or 2 young children (4ft single) sharing ensuite shower room

Smart 4K Ultra HD Flat Screen LED TV with Freesat
Complimentary unlimited super fast fibre broadband Wi-Fi

- Providing toilet paper and paper towels made from recycled or bamboo materials
- Promoting recycling whilst using our accommodation
- Donating used linen
Wherever possible we source supplies that are not only environmentally friendly but also donate profits to a variety of charitable causes.
**If you are planning a visit between 1st July 2024 and 31st August 2024 please message the owner prior to booking to discuss the works happening to the building façade during this time**

Wunderschönes Appartement in bester Lage
Komplett ausgestattet, ruhig und doch super zentral. Zum Strand und in die Innenstadt mit Supermarkt und lauter kleinen netten Läden jeweils nur wenige Gehminuten. Jede Menge leckere Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Perfekter Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Insel.

Ideal getaway
A great little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect as a base with everything you could need.
We even had a bottle of wine on arrival 😊

Not so good
The appearance of the apartment is misleading as the finished quality is below par. Small details are not great, loose towel rail, boiler door loose, missing electric bulbs, slightly damp bedroom, loose saucepan handles, very small ironing board. Plus points are location very near Ventor beach and lovely cooker. Also communication with owner slow as took 3 days to resolve some of the issues stated above.

Shops, pubs , beach all close proximity to rented property. We enjoyed the stay and will book again

Full marks
Just what we wanted and more. A delightfully appointed modern flat in a Victorian house so it combined modern standards with Victorian proportions. There was nothing that had not been considered even down to a free bottle of Prosecco and a box of fudge. I was very pleased to find double sockets beside the bed - so often missed in hotels but necessary for charging phones. Parking in high season was manageable with a bit of juggling. Lovely little town and we will definitely be back.
