Konzept ist Apart-Hotel. Wir waren zu dritt (Papa, Mama, Kind, 13J) in einem 1+1, 120 qm Apartment. Terrasse gute 30qm. Sehr gute Aufteilung des Apartments. Genügend Platz in jedem Zimmer. Moderne Ausstattung.
Auf Wunsch wird jeden Tag gereinigt und frische Handtücher gebracht. Jeden Tag werden 2 0,5l Flaschen Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt :-).
Relativ gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl (offenes Buffet, 5€ extra Kosten pP).
Top Lage. Super Aussicht auf die Stadt und dem Erciyes Berg (4000m hoch). Hotel etwas hoch gelegen. In den Sommertagen ist man sehr froh über den sanften Windzug auf der Terrasse. Mit der Straßenbahn (5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
Konzept ist Apart-Hotel. Jedoch kein Besteck in der Ausstattung. Ein Receptionist am Abend wollte es gegen Gebühr leihen. Nach einem kurzen Hinweis, daß es nicht zum Konzept Apart-Hotel passt und 2maliger Erinnerung wurde uns Besteck ins Zimmer gebracht.
Keine Waschmaschine, weder im Zimmer noch im Hotel. Auf Wunsch wird es gegen Entgelt in eine externe Reinigung gebracht.
Wie ich entnahm ist das Gebäude 4-5 Jahre alt. Jedoch hingen von der Spülmaschine bereits die Knöpfe raus.

We had a great time in the Kayseri Loft Hotel. I totally recommend especially for those who come by car with a dog. You an park right next tothe hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dishes in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. The breakfast was excellente. I am sad we only had one night, I hope we can come back.

The room was comfortable and we were pleased that all beds were prepared for our children. We also appreciated the extra items, especially the toothbrush. My son forgot his toothbrush and we were happy to find one in the room. They also provided us with water bottles. Breakfast was also delicious. We highly recommend this place.

The hotel was clean, spacious and close to the airport.
The reception mentioned the spa was open till 10pm, however after going down at 8.30pm the guy told us we can't use the sauna. We then decided to go to the indoor pool which was empty except for 3 guys sitting in clothes around the pool. This made us rather uncomfortable and we had to leave once they started smoking inside.

When we checked in, it was cloudy, and I thought it odd that all the guest rooms were on one side of the building. The next morning was clear, and I saw Mount Erciyes in all its glory. Kayseri Loft is very convenient to the Kayseri airport, but a bit far from downtown. Food at the top floor restaurant was both good and relatively inexpensive. All in all, for someone who is flying into/out of Kayseri and renting a car, this is an excellent location.

This is a good hotel, affordable with extremely big rooms. The swimming pool and sauna are also very convenient. The roof restaurant, food is good. This is also not far from the ski resort. I would recommend this hotel

Good stylish renovation in loft style. Very polite and pleasant staff. you can order a transfer to the ski resort, mostly comfortable VIP-class cars arrived. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. from the window a great view of the mountain. You can see both sunrise and sunset. In general, we liked it
This is an apart-hotel with its own kitchen, there is a stove, but there was no utensils at all. there weren't even cups. instead there were small cardboard cups. The bed was too soft for me and the pillows were too big and not comfortable.
The sauna is very small. And there were always a lot of people. especially not comfortable when one family of 6 people comes in and then there is no place for others. people who don’t live in the hotel came to this sauna also.
The hotel is a bit far from the center, but close to the bus stop.

When we arrived, there was no shampoo. Every time we ask for shampoo and shower gel, we get hair conditioner. Then, when they cleaned the room, they stopped adding soap.

The room looks smaller than their photo. Strange sofa, which wants to close all night and make a strange noise. If it is really cold outside, it might be really cold inside.

There was a party at first day, loud music right under our room, we can't rest and sleep till 00.30. there was a stove, but no dishes at all. One of two Bedside tables was absent, gym in bad condition.

Reception staff were not very helpful. We had a problem with our booking and reception person was a bit rude in the way he discussed this. The hotel is very impersonal, we did not get any friendly greetings from anyone as we entered and exited the hotel. Didn't use any of the hotel facilities because reception did not explain what was available to me (he only spoke to my husband who speaks Turkish, even though I booked the accomodation).Didn't have breakfast because reception did not explain to me. No one assisted with luggage. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance and upkeep. I will not come back here because staff were not welcoming and made to effor to communicate.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than I expected, cosy and comfortable. The meal at the restaurant was really good, expecially the cake. The breakfast was excellent too. Also, it's perfect for a one-night stay as it's rather close to the highway and easy to reach by car.
The staff at the restaurant didn't speak much English, but we communicated without problems with google translate. So no complaints at all!

The restaurant was amazing, especially the terrace seating area. The breakfast was good with a good selection of foods. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even though there was a language barrier with the cleaning staff, they were patient and friendly. We also really liked the fact there was a balcony in the room. The hotel is 5 mins from the theme park in Kayseri and only 10/15 mins away from the airport which was very convenient.
The air conditioning in the hotel is weak. All floors and areas of the hotel are so hot and the room was unbelievably warm. There is no air conditioning in the second bedroom so we had to leave the balcony room door open at night.

Stayed here overnight for an early flight the next morning. It was only a 15 mins ride to the airport.
Clean, comfortable and modern hotel with room service!
Food was good, the room was quiet, so no complaints from me!
They have massage facilities that can be booked which was well worth before the flight.
