Upper floor without stairs
The house is new, built in 2015, with large windows, from where you can see the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom, as well as the pool and terrace, with lots of light, the sun comes through the house, it is Wonderful, the pool overflows on 3 sides.
The house is attached but has a completely independent parking for 2+ cars, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, the whole house has air conditioning with heat pump.

Outdoor pool: 14 meters long and 7m wide, its depth starts at one meter, then 1.50 and the end of 1.90m.
Terrace: 60m2 with a dining room for 12 people
Barbecue: charcoal and firewood.
1 Room of 45 m2. 1 bed 180 x 190 with jacuzzi and full bathroom with two showers, 4x2 wardrobe, internet TV and large motorized windows overlooking the park.
1 room of 25m2 1 bed of 150x190 plus 2 beds of 90 x 190 with TV and large motorized windows.
1 room of 18 m2 2 beds of 90 x 190 with television, and two large motorized windows.
Bottom house (without stairs)
This house was built in 2017, with large windows, from where you can see the dining room, the kitchen and the pool, the terrace with dining room and the barbecue, it has lots of light and the sun comes through the house, it is wonderful ,
the perfect pool for children has a depth of only 1.60 with its fantastic lights and its a nice water massage.
The house is attached to the other, and has completely independent parking for 2 cars, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, the whole house has air conditioning with heat pump.
It is completely independent with its own entrance.

Terrace: 60 square meters with a dining room for 8 people and a room to have an aperitif.
