Nice safe place to stay.

This is a cute small facilitiy.. basic but clean and quiet... i like the chairs and table in the front of the room.. lots of restaurants walking distance.. Spent 2 nights ,it had a kitchen too.

there wasn't any to complain about..

Value and the room was clean and comfortable. The person who checked us in was SUPER nice and greeted me with a warm smile.

As the old saying goes, "You can't tell a book by its cover." That's certainly the case with this motel. When driving up to it, the place seemed like a thousand other drab motels. HOWEVER - starting with the check-in, we saw this was special. Beverly was incredibly friendly and informative! A nice start to the stay! When we got to our room, we noted the comfy rocking chairs with a table in front of our room; a perfect place to spend time reading, writing or checking out the iPad while enjoying a coffee or other hot or cold beverage. The room was very clean and spacious. Good amenities. Although the motel is a bit off the beaten path, it is convenient with regards to access to sites like the Montezuma National Monument and shopping (a shopping center's just a couple of km east). Nice town; very friendly.

This is not a complaint. It's just a note to folks interested in staying here. It is some distance away from Hwy. 17. The directions on Google map were a bit confusing. However, when I stopped at a convenience store to ask for directions, the folks in the store were incredibly helpful and as it turned out we were not far from the motel.

We stayed here as a stopover on our way to the Grand Canyon. We visited Jerome and Cottonwood.

It was quaint and very clean and comfortable.

Unexpected Comfort

the cost was high for the area but the place was unexpected because it was small, private and comfortable, would recommend. Dog Friendly!

Clean, comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. Comfy bed, good shower. The full kitchen with a suite was an unexpected plus. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

We got the last room available in the area, after driving all day into the evening ahead of a snowstorm. It was a bit pricey but we needed to take it. The TV was on the small side. The wi fi didn't work at first, but after the manager reset their box it worked great.

first time visiting Camp Verde. just needed a place for the night. We will definitely be back!

The air conditioner caused major water issues in the room.

The room decor was cute.

The condensation from the air conditioner leaked onto our floor like Niagara Falls in the middle of the night, both nights. When we asked to have the room serviced, the bed was made with the sheet on top of the comforter.

Nice staff, very clean rooms and great location. Exceptional value for the money. You can walk to Fort Verde, restaurants and shops.

Everything else, place cute and nice!!

Mattress stained, sheets didn't cover the mattress and keep moving! Bathroom floor was not clean pick up lots of hair from previous guess!

no lighting on their sign. We arrived after dark and had to rely on GPS because I didn't see a sign.

Great Room

The room was very comfortable. Although the layout was unusual (there is a kitchen area off to the back of the room), it worked. The shower pressure was great, and we liked that we could park our car right outside of the room.

More towels would have been great, and the price was too high for not having a breakfast, or the type of room we had.

I think this hotel is amazing and the staff always treats us with the most friendly and caring attitudes that I have come to expect from all the places my family stays. I will always make this my go to hotel when I come to Camp Verde for races.
