Sehr gut

Sehr nettes Motel im Zentrum. Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Frische Milch und selbst gebackene Kekse. Schönes Restaurant. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man bekommt vom Haupthaus Geschirr falls nötig.

Homely, comfortable clean and friendly

Staff were amazing even offering complimentary home baked Anzac biscuits and fresh milk, room was clean and beds comfy

Only thing and this isn’t really about the hotel, the connected pub didn’t quite meet our expectations, we just would have liked to be told the cut off time to order and the eftpos surcharge

We enjoyed our stay enough to stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well-appointed room. Well situated to venture out by foot to discover the town. Great value for money. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our visit and had a comfortable stay.

On arrival we were greeted by Sharon who gave us very useful information about Tenterfield and the National Parks in the area. The motel's location is perfect as it is right in the heart of the town and an easy walk to the main street with its cafes and restaurants. It is also opposite the iconic Tenterfield Saddler, where we spent an interesting morning with the friendly and informative volunteers.

We do not have any complaints.

Most enjoyable, thank you

We had a succulent lunch in a beautifully restored Hotel which is part of the motel accommodation. They have a lunch menu and in the evening there is a good choice of bar meals and more formal meals in the dining room all with very gracious hospitality. The accommodation has gorgeous high quality white linen, a fridge freezer and a modern bathroom. I highly recommend this as the best experience in Tenterfield.

It was a lovely quiet relaxing motel, very comfortable and beautifully renovated.

The location right in town was excellent but being slightly off the road it was very quiet. The owner was amazing allowing us to check in earlier than expected. She even gave us some home made Anzac biscuits - talk about country hospitality!The room was recently renovated, it was very clean and charming. The bathroom was actually gorgeous!

Would love to stay there again.

The outside looked dated but the inside was excellent. One of the best night sleeps I’ve had while traveling. The linen was first class.

Location was excellent, room had been updated and was clean.

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Couldn’t get internet to work. Perhaps renovations hadn’t quite finished.

The location was great! The rooms were comfortable and warm. The staff were friendly. The newly opened bar and restaurant was fabulous. The meal was amazing.

Feeding the Fallow Deers was a additional treat.

It was quite suitable to the room price, other motels did not offer any breakfast even though they were more expensive.

This motel provided a pleasant break in a long journey and I would stay there again.

I chose this motel on ascertaining it was centrally located so we could leave the car and walk. The staff were extremely cheerful and helpful regarding dining venues in the area.

I’m not a negative person so I appreciate what I get, not what I think I deserve.

Very good

The host is very friendly with lots of advice and maps and suggestions of what to see and do in the area. Upon arrival, she offers homemade biscuits.

We happened to have a snoring neighbor. The room walls must be thin.

A lovely stop over and comfortable stay.

The Royal Motel Tenterfield, great location in the centre of town, easy walk to cafes, restaurants, shopping, info centre, post office, hardware and groceries. The hosts are lovely, warm and welcoming, providing you with fresh milk on arrival and freshly baked Anzac cookies to enjoy with your cup of tea or coffee after your travels. The rooms have all been refurbished and updated with quality furnishings and fixtures making for a comfortable stay. Parking is onsite, with your own personal park right in front of your room.
