Neat and clean new property, small in size no river access , charges too much and giving small rooms

Overall i was very excited to be in a 5 star resort but was disappointed with the services.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the place. I wouldn’t say all the food we ate was amazing but some were damn good.

1- In the facilities it said it had wheelchairs. There was a senior citizen with us and she couldn’t walk properly to her room because it was so damn far. So i asked for a wheelchair but they didn’t have any. 2- Room were too far from each other which i understand but they didn’t even ask if we still would like to stay close rooms in exchange. 3- The service was really bad. They tried to make up for it by giving 30% off on our buffet which honestly didn’t make a difference after paying 40k for one night. Even after complaining about the staff not listening to us they still ignored.

Satisfactory place to stay. Maybe the Management should look into the administration more closely.

Firstly, Breakfast was excellent. Good variety. Secondly, the landscaping and overall ambience of the resort was very good. Thirdly, the rooms were large and the Bathrooms were quite spacious and clean. Fourthly, the Staff mostly were polite and helpful. Fifthly, Well located on the main road, with good connectivity.

Firstly, Bed linen had not been changed. We had to ask them to change them. Their excuse was not logical. Even the towels were very old and we did not use them because we were not sure they had been washed. Secondly, Restaurant ambience was very poor. No fans, improper Air Conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Tea and snacks were very costly. We avoided having lunch and dinner at Country Inn due to above factors. Thirdly, they did not have facilitation for Corbett Safari. Fourthly, Parking space is limited for 3-4 cars only, despite the property having a very large land area. Fifthly, Landscaping and building designs are very good, but very poorly maintained. Sixtly, the Resort could have upgraded our rooms since we were the only guests they had for three nights!

Very bad experience, not recommend to any of my family and friends

Room size, pool, cottage plantation

Resturant food, there was shortage of every items,over and above the bread which was served having green colour fungus. No staff was there to clean the tables, there was no hygiene, so many flies an no fly catcher in the restaurant. I was in room 307 the cealing fan making so much noise in the mid night, i hard to get the sleep

I'll be honest here its not Counrty Inn some radom people acquired the name that's all. No where close to Country Inn group

Facilities were not good at all, rusted and broken furniture doesn't look like Counrty Inn. Bathroom was a nightmare. Charges were equal to country inn but not facilities

Staff was good, front office specially kitchen staff. I visited there with my pet. They take care it very well. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks to all.

Visit at your own risk. This was my experience.

Location of the property with regards to Jungle gate for our safari trip.

1. Hotel staff was very very slow in carrying out our requests, be it to serve food, clean the room or any other. 2. Food was way below average. 3. Cleanliness of the toilets was pathetic. 4. Toiletries were not provided adequately.

Great place to chill with family or friends. Great ambience, close to nature.

Good ambience and open area, garden and playground for kids. Special music/recreation program was organized on both days.

Nothing in particular, service was a bit slow(room service).

Disappointing

Outdoor part of the property is full of natural beauty. but rooms and other Indore parts are not that maintained. I booked a suite room, furniture and bedding looked very old. At least good spring mattress is expected for such high price room. food is ok.

Can get better property for same rentals

The location of the property is good.

The property is not up to the Country INN standard. There is limited parking provision. The overall upkeep is very low. The door knobs were loose, toilets were smelly, towels are old, etc. The food was okay, but there was hardly any service. Refills took longer than expected. The property is not worth the charges.

Overall a good stay with family and also located near river. Need improvement in cleanliness.

Location is very good, nicely maintained property. Friendly staff. Food quality is good.

Bathrooms are not very clean. They charge extra for anything other than buffet. Even if you want a parantha they will charge you extra.

The property is spread out over a large area and easily accessible.

There was no parking available. The rooms were adequate and even though we had booked for deluxe rooms, the rooms were very basic.
