Good property and value for money . I booked suit room with 2 queen bed for family .

Didn't like anything

Staff was discourteous. Facility was badly managed. Bathroom door was not latching properly. Fan was not working properly. Towel and soap was brought in after checking in and we complaining about the absence of those. Towels which were once white had taken brown color.

Good location.

The location was good. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was big enough. Very near to a good number of restaurants.

Parking is a very small one which could hold just 4 cars. The hotel was full and all the rest of the folks had to park on the road. And next day morning, police was clearing off the roads and we had to shift the car to a different place.

Bad

Bathroom was not clean and there were lots of flies. Telephone was not working, I had to call from my mobile to reception. They just give 1 litres of water and charge for any extra bottle and I have to ask multiple times to extra water. And at last during the checkout they charged more than bill amount in the name of 12 % tax which was already included in the booking.com bill. Finally after lots of arguments I have to pay those extra amount which was disappointing.

Only 5 car parking spaces.

Food and location was good.

There are only 5 car parking spaces. I went there and asked for parking then they told me that there is no parking available so u can park on the road.

conveniently located for travelers arriving late at the bus stop

we arrived late due to a bus delay (after midnight), the staff still found a place for us. the place is very central and at a short Woking distance from the bus stop, ideal for travelers.

The staff ended up canceling our booking due to late arrival eventhough we spoke to them on the phone a few hours prior confirming that we were on the way. The place also did not provide an option for breakfast.
