We had a wonderful time in Luigi's apartment. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is clean and very cozy and friendly. The beds are comfortabel and the kitchen has everything you need. There is also a big fridge, I was really happy about this. Every morning we had breakfast with sea view. Luigi and the houseceeper Francis were very friendly and helpful despite our late arrival. Luigi provided us with a lot of information about restaurants in the surrounding area and in Venice. The area in Cavallino-Treporti is beautiful and we had a very nice and relaxing beach holiday. The apartment comes with a parasol and beach chairs, so you have not to seek or pay for it. The swimming pool was just filled and looks clean. But we were the most time at the beach. Nearby is a beach bar and also a icecream bar. Supermarket and restaurants are also just few minutes ago with the car. We loved to stay there and plan to visite Luigi´s apartment again!

The apartment is as described in the advertisement, renovated, modernly furnished, clean and right by the sea. Everything you need is there, we lacked nothing. Bakery and small supermarket nearby, for larger purchases you drive 5 min by car. The apartment is perfect for 2, maximum 2 + child, there is a very cozy sofa bed in the kitchen-living room but to 4 it was a bit tight. I will definitely be back!

The apartment was really beautiful and cozy. All rooms were fresh renovated. It‘s so close to the beach, you can see the sea from the nice balkony. Luigi was always very nice and helpful. The communication was great.

Anlage "GARUDA" ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Vom Balkon kann man einen Teil des Strandes sowie des Meeres sehen. Ein davorliegendes Nobelrestaurant ist ebenso im Blickfeld. - Leider gibt es nur italienisches TV-Programm und - die versprochenen Strand-Liegen +Sonnenschirm stehen ab 20.09. nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Ende der Saison!

Fronte mare

L’appartamento è inserito in un residence molto curato, giardino e piscina bellissimi, e affacciato sulla spiaggia. Noi abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la terrazza dove abbiamo consumato i nostri pasti guardando il mare o il tramonto. Il proprietario risponde in pochi minuti. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Alles war sehr sauber, Ausstattung gut. Meerblick schön, Pool sehr gross und sauber, wie die ganze Anlage. Ruhig. Der direkte Platz am Strand war hervorragend. Definitiv können wir es weiter empfehlen

Alt hvad du behøver til en perfekt badeferie

Imødekommende og flink vært som meget gerne vil give informationer og gode råd. Perfekt beliggenhed hvis du er glad for at bade. 30 meter til en perfekt badestrand og 30 meter til en stor fin pool samt soppebassin. Begge steder meget børnevenlige. Dejlige og flotte omgivelser i et roligt område. Indkøbsmuligheder i centrum af Cardevelle (ca. 500 meter), Camping Europa (ca. 700 meter) og supermarked Ali (ca. 2000 meter i retning mod Cavallino). Også flere hyggelige restauranter indenfor gå afstand så du behøver ikke bil. Gode busforbindelser både når du skal til færgen som sejler til Venedig og hvis du skal til Lido Je Solo og opleve en by fyldt med turisme. Skal du med bus til lufthavnen når ferien er slut er dette også muligt med ATVO med afgang fra Camping Garden Paradiso ca. 2500 meter fra lejligheden. Vi havde en dejlig og mindeværdig uge og kan varmt anbefale et ophold.

Brilliant apartment, great location next to the sea

This apartment was brilliant, it had everything we needed for a lovely week on the beach. It was very clean and had air conditioning, a sea view from the balcony, private parking. It's right next to the beach and there are shops just a short walk away. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. There are two sun loungers and a parasol on the beach which come with the apartment. Luigi was very welcoming and helpful. It's only a short drive to Punta Sabbioni where you can get the boat to Venice and the other islands in the lagoon. Overall highly recommended.

Ein schöner Urlaub direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Auch wenn die Wohnung von der Ausstattung her in die Jahre gekommen ist, war sie sauber und bot alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt. Für zwei Erwachsene und ein kleines Kind (unsere Tochter war zu dem Zeitpunkt 1,5 Jahre alt) ist die Wohnung von der Größe her voll ausreichend. Das Kinderbett haben wir im Schlafzimmer unterbekommen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir an zwei Samstagen Hochzeitsfeiern mitbekommen, welche am in der Nähe befindlichen Strandrestaurants stattfanden. Eine Feier war bis in die Nacht (2:30 Uhr) hinein sehr laut (basslastig). Die andere Feier haben wir nicht mitbekommen. Demnach eher als Ausnahme anzusehen. Ansonsten ist es wirklich sehr ruhig und schön am Abend bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Vom Restaurant bekommt man ansonsten nichts mit. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns bei der Schlüssel- bzw. Wohnungsübergabe alles Wesentliche gezeigt und freundlich erklärt. Der Housekeeper "Francis" war ebenfalls sehr nett. Uns hat auch der im abgesperrten Bereich zugeordnete Stellplatz gefallen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wir haben hier in der ersten Aprilwoche Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung haben wir gewählt, um uns Venedig anzuschauen und - weg vom Touristentrubel - am Meer zu sein. Das Apartment ist dafür bestens geeignet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt, die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Balkon ist schön groß, der Meerblick fantastisch, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Eine Bushaltestelle (Anbindung nach Venedig und zum Flughafen) ist 5 Min. entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Für 2 Personen perfekt ! Gutes Internet. Guter abgeschlossener Parkplatz, allerdings unter einem Kiefernbaum. Also Plane mitbringen, da es etwas hartzt.Toller Blick vom Balkon aus aufs Meer. Die Lage ist einfach super. Nur wenige Schritte zum Strand. Tolle Fahrradwege. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Haben gleich wieder gebucht für 2018. Vielen Dank Luigi. Grüße Wally e Peter.

Super gemütlicher Urlaub mit direkter Strand Nähe. Appartment vollständig eingerichtet und sauber. Zentrale Lage zu kleinen Geschäften, Bushaltestellen und Restaurants. Sauberer Strand, eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Waren für eine Woche da und würden es direkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber. In den Ferien kochen wir sehr gerne. Die Küche dieser Wohnung ist aber sehr alt und lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Auch fehlt ein Wasserkocher.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht (für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder aber etwas klein) Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Luigi ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zu empfelen!

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Eigene nummerierte Liegen + Schirm. Toller Garten mit Pool und Liegen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen ( für mehrere eher zu klein ). Die Anlage ist nicht so sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kinder ( außer Juli-August).Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber O.K. Man muss einfach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beachten ! Wohnung war sauber ! Wunderschöner Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom schönen Balkon direkt aufs Meer. Toll beobachten kann man in der Ferne die Kreuzfahrtschiffe, die nach Venedig einlaufen. Idealer Ort um Fahrradtouren zu unternehmen. Überall schöne Lagunen. Gute Pizzarien direkt in der Nähe u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super Internet Empfang. TV kein deutsches Programm, aber wer braucht im Urlaub schon Fernseher ? Wir kommen wieder. Es hat uns beiden sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige was schlecht ist, ist die Kommunikation. we tried before another residence from the same owner. this one is located in a so beautiful area, very quiet and very friendly, sea is near, pool is big and great, "custodo" service is very friendly, lot of nice restaurants not so far, playgrounds for kids. the only small minus (as for us) is no washmachine and no boiler (for tea or coffee) inside. the rest is absolute plus, we will use it again 100 % !

First of all I want to thank Luigi for everything. We are a family (2 adults and 2 children) and we stay here between July 11 - July 19. The apartment is excellent located near the beach in a quiet area. The beach and sea are clean and well maintained, the complex provides free sunbeds and umbrella. The entire complex is clean, quiet, with a well maintained and large swimming pool, children have adored to play in it. The apartment is bright, clean, equipped with everything you need, well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking stove and microwave, beds were large with good mattresses. Wi-fi works well. Nearby is a shop with fresh fruits and vegetables, quality wines, and at one station away is a supermarket Ali, well equipped, where you can buy everything you need. You can easily reach Punta Sabbioni (15 minutes away by bus, ticket cost 2 euros per person one way), where you can take the vaporetto to the islands or to Venice. You can buy a turistic pass by Venezia Unica, depending on the desired duration. Also, you can take the bus to Jesolo Bus Station (30 minutes), from where the airport express bus toTreviso (90 minutes, 10.5 euro per person per direction) I definitely recommend this apartment and Luigi to my friends.
