20 of us went for a get together away from the kids and this property was the perfect choice.
Thanks tony

I would thoroughly recommend this as a place to go with friends for the weekend. Tony is a very good host, there was lots of space in the house and lots to do in the surrounding area.

Because we were 19 people from five different households, under government rules to control the coronavirus pandemic, we were not permitted to meet & therefore our special weekend had to be cancelled.
Throughout the Covid-19 'lock down' period I was in touch with Tony, the owner, who was terrific & very supportive in every way. Hoping government restrictions would be eased enough for us to go ahead, at no time did Tony put any pressure on me for the final payment when that became due & even agreed we should hold off making a final decision until the very last moment.
So helpful and understanding was Tony that I had no hesitation in putting our disappointment for this year behind us & rearranged our special weekend for the same time next year when I have no doubt, we will be made very welcome & have a fantastic time.

We had a lovely short break; the property was very flexible in terms of how we utilised the space, bedrooms etc to meet our needs. The outside space was amazing although unfortunately due to the time of year and the weather we weren't able to make the most of it. Very good value for money; we particularly appreciated the local information and maps and the welcome pack.

We had a wonderful weekend with all my family to celebrate my 50th Birthday
The property suited all our needs for the weekend for all the family staying.
The house is in a love rly quiet location

We hired this house for a big family gathering to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays. The house, the location and the accommodation was absolutely perfect, we had 1 of our best reunions ever. Great choice!

A large comfortable home with extensive grounds to explore and enjoy. The property was clean, the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans etc. Welcome grocery pack was appreciated.
Communication with Tony was good throughout booking and stay.
Our only problem was the varied/inaccurate description of bedrooms and beds which proved tricky as we were a 4 generation family group. We read it as a 10 bedroom property but in reality it is 8 bedrooms with the ability to increase beds in given rooms.

We had the best time last weekend at this lovely property and was perfect for our group size (14 adults and 4 children). My dad has difficulty walking and Tony, the owner, made sure that everything was perfect for their stay as well. We had great communication beforehand and he answered all my questions. Such a lovely touch was the welcome provisions we were given which made all the difference upon arrival! The house is set in such lush surroundings and felt like acres of green for the children (and adults!) to play in. We also used the barbecue (a choice of two!) and visited the local winery which we would definitely recommend (and picked up some delicious local wine/cider and cheese!). In short, we would definitely recommend and indeed re-visit.

Lovely property in a nice and quiet location. Nice walks around the area. Tony (owner) is great and very helpful - even taking our shopping in when the delivery came before we arrived!
Well equipped house with a large living room and dining area, great for group/large family trips.
We've been to this property 3 times now and had a great time every weekend we've stayed.

Was met upon arrival by Tony who was very welcoming, gave a great overview of the property and local area, and had stocked up the kitchen. The house was very comfortable and the surrounding area full of nice pubs and great golf courses - a fantastic mix!

This was such an amazing place to stay. We had 13 adults & 9 children within our group and we all really enjoyed the house, annex, amenities & the location.
The children were extremely happy to run around the field and we went for a cycle ride, a run, had a water fight and played ball games. The adults were very content with a spacious dining area and lounge. It worked really well for us all. The owner, Tony, is very accommodating and really helpful with things to do locally - he left a fabulous welcome treat for us all!
We went on the Tenterden steam train which was great fun.
We're hopefully booking for next year already! Thoroughly recommend this venue.
