I agree with previous reviews that the interior of the property is tired and in need of renovation/decoration. This is particularly the case in relation to the kitchen and bathroom. However, the outside space is great and that was why we booked the house. Our dealings with the host were fine

Amazing location in the beautiful and Friendly town of Pollença.
Accommodation very good with everything you need.
Pool just the right size for a daily dip. We had an issue with the air conditioning with in the stay but sorted out very quickly

We are a family of 5 and we absolutely loved the location and outside space of this property. The beds had beautiful linens and were very comfortable and spacious rooms although we didn’t use downstairs soldiers room. The ground floor is quite dark as it is a typical Spanish property which meant it stayed cool. The kitchen and bathroom were a little tired but the location more than made up for this. I would recommend this property to families with older children in particular.

Location is hard to beat! Less than 5 minutes to main square. House itself was really charming but we were disappointed by the lack of bare necessities on arrival. Didn't ruin our stay but just know you will probably need to make a grocery trip on arrival! :)

This home was perfect for our family of five. It was a great launching point every day for our adventures to the beach or the mountains or other nearby towns. The garage was perfect so we always had a place to park when we came home. The pool was an amazing bonus. Would gladly stay here again.

The property was exactly what we were looking for & perfect for our stay.
It’s a little oasis in the heart of Pollenca & is exactly as advertised.
We really enjoyed making use of the great out settings for breakfast, lunch and dinner & the pool was a perfect spot to cool off.
The location was just a short walk to the Plaça Major, which was really convenient & there was also a great restaurant just next door.
Andrea was great to deal with, provided great information and was always quick to respond to any queries we had.
We would definitely look at staying here again if we returned to Pollenca & have already recommended the property to some friends and family.

We had a great stay at Can Ramon.
The house and garden are really quite special and although a little tired (bathroom and kitchen in particular) it has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with some nice touches and we really enjoyed the pool and the garden and terraces.
Location is fantastic - to be so close to the central square and have a parking space is great. We loved exploring the town and had some very nice meals out, including the restaurant just next door!
We really appreciated the welcome food and drink package, especially as we arrived late.
As others have mentioned, it would have been nice to have a bit more information in the property about the local area and waste disposal etc.
Things to be aware of: the stairs are very hard and rather steep so I would be a little nervous with very young children. There is only one bathroom upstairs for the three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), the other shower room is accessed from the garden. There is a fourth (twin) bedroom off the dining room downstairs.
Be sure to access the property through the garage if coming by car as the street on the other side of the house is incredibly narrow!
The charm and location mean we would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Pollensa.

Can Ramon is lovely spacious town house with many lovely features in a perfect location in this historic town. It was blissful to wader the streets from such a holiday rental. Garden and pool were especially restful and like a little oasis. A little more or up to date information in the information folder would have been useful, especially about refuse and recycling. We had to store our bin stuff in the garage as we could not work out where it went which was a bit smelly in hot weather. This was a very minor thing though. We had a great stay.. thank you

We have spent a wonderful time in this oasis of a beautiful house, exquisite outside terrasse and kitchen, as well as pool area.
The house is situated in the center of Pollenca which provides the best situation for a vacation with both city life - walking round the idyllic city of Pollenca at all times of the day and still enjoying the tranquility of ones own private setting in the house, terrasse, and pool area.
The house, decorations and furniature is very tasteful and provides the best basis for a relaxing and very nice time in the center of Pollenca. We definitely hope to come back again.

We had a great holiday at the villa. It is very central just a very short walk to the main square, shops and restaurants but still very quiet. The outdoor space and pool is lovely and we spent a lot of time just relaxing by the pool.
Would highly recommend!

Great location in the old city. Good directions to find property and a great grocery welcome pack. Very pretty outside areas with lemon trees.
More information on the villa (how things work, where the recycling bins are etc.) and on the local area (restaurants, supermarkets etc.) would have been useful.
Inside parts of the property are starting to look a little tired but issues raised with the propery management company were resolved promptly.
The barbecue is quite old and we had to clean it before we could use it.
There was only one shower in the mainhouse which was in the bath. The other two showers and toilets are in outside buildings near the pool which is probably OK when the weather is hot. There was however plenty of hot water. The pool only started to look attractive (clean and sparkling) as we were about to leave.
Great Italian next door for when you don't want to go out but probably need to book.
Overall a good base to explore the local area.
We really enjoyed our stay but felt the property was a little overpriced.

a very nice, spacious, quiet, yet centrally located townhouse in the middle of Pollenca. The outside facilities are wonderful including a beautiful lemon tree and pool. The whole organisational process was absolutely smooth and pleasant. I felt very comfortable and can recommend the house to others.

We felt very welcome . Place was clean and great welcome pack. The location in the village was central so the beautiful church and Square was just round the corner and a short drive to beautiful and quiet Pollenca beach .

The location and outdoor spaces were the highlight of our stay. Having restaurants, shops etc on our doorstep was lovely. The pool was small but adequate and clean.
The indoor space was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The wardrobe had mould, which unfortunately made clothes smell musty.
The WiFi was patchy. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work for the duration of our stay as the subscription needed renewing. We did inform the owner but got no response. It wasn’t a problem to us, we had only wanted to watch the Queens funeral that week, but it could have been a problem for others.
There is limited information on the property and no recommendations of things to do in the area which would have been helpful.

Echte Parkprobleme
Nettes Objekt, parken Katastrophe da Garage viel zu klein für alles ab Mittelklasse, sehr laut da in der Umgebung eine Großbaustelle und ab 8 Uhr laute Bauarbeiten.

Fantastic location, beautiful townhouse and courtyard
The location of this house is perfect, 2 mins stroll to the main square. The outdoor space is beautiful - the upstairs terrace is perfect for morning sun and the courtyard gets the sun in the afternoon. The pool is not heated - beware! Inside it is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. The restaurant next door is lovely, and Pollenca market on Sunday a must.

Lovely central location for family with older children
This is a classic Mallorcan townhouse, with plenty of communal space and 3 large double rooms with air conditioning. There are so many different seating areas if you want to spend the day at the house and the pool is an ideal size for adults or small children.

Pollensa Town House
Great Townhouse within 2 mins of main square restaurants and shops. A bonus for Pollensa is that you can park at the back of the house. One downside of the property is only one bathroom inside, and a small shower room outside. But the location makes up for this.

Good location, some good amenities but not very well kept up
Great: location, superfast wifi, good aircon
Not so great: disappointing upkeep of some items like not working light in 1st floor hallway, issues with the shower etc, only one bathroom in the main house, due to Corona much of the decoration was missing (without the Corona circumstance i would have rated the property 3 out of 5, as it dies not look nearly as neat now as in the pictures)
Clearly disappointing: we had contacted the manager early on about technical issues but never heard back.
Overall: it feels like we may have paid too much

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Peaceful home in a central location
This is a lovely townhouse in the heart of the old town, really near to a number of restaurants and shops. Fantastic to have the pool - a real oasis in Pollenca.

Pilkington family
We had a fantastic time in Pollença the house was great and just as described. The location was perfect for our 85 year old mother to wander into the old town . The pool was lovely and very welcome , our grandson loved it . The holiday was extremely relaxing and made even better by the professional manor of the management team and the maintenance team on the island.

Great location and accommodation
Wonderful property in heart of the town. Although in the middle of things the property is easy to access and parking is available.
Beds were comfortable with lovely linens.
Short walk to buy morning bread and fruit
Short walk to bars and restaurants
Uk tv stations including kids channels
Nice pool
Bbq facilities
Could not ask for more
If You are taking a car I would advise going for something small to medium. I had a Renault Telstar which is enormous. That said i managed to park ok but it would have been easier with something a little smaller

Very nice place in the city center of a beautiful town.
Good place for a big group with separate rooms. Nice beds and an extra plus for the garden and small pool.

A very special property
This townhouse is an excellent find for a stay in the heart of a beautiful town. The attention to detail in the décor and furnishings and the quality of the beds, bedlinen and towels was not lost on us. The welcome pack was extensive and most welcome as we arrived later and just needed to settle ourselves. Andrea has created a wonderful, comfortable oasis.
The layout of the townhouse is spacious, and the outside area is divided up so that there are plenty of places to sit and read or gaze at the fantastic views from the terrace. The pool is great for a cooling dip and makes for a restful place to while away the hours.
However, we had a couple of issues which the management company did not resolve satisfactorily until nearing the end of our stay. The information pack on how to operate the house could be more extensive – eg, we thought the outside fan was broken, the fridge leaked and although there was a Wi-Fi code we were unable to connect to Wi-Fi the whole week as it didn’t work on any of the servers. The management company only responded positively when a light bulb blew tripping all the lights and we asked that they treat it as an emergency as we could not find the fuse box. Apparently the fans are operated by remote, the fridge was turned down too low (although it still leaked after the maintenance man adjusted it) and we never got to the bottom of why the Wifi didn’t work. Not such a problem this time round but it was a plus when choosing the property. These issues could have been pre-empted by a more extensive information pack.
We were five, tall adults and the downstairs (soldiers) bedroom with its short beds (possibly only more suitable for children) meant that we couldn’t use it.
Although the property is next door to a lovely Italian restaurant (which we ate at and had a delicious meal), as it was our first time to Pollensa it would have been helpful to have more information on or recommendations of restaurants or activities available. It would have been a great shame to miss out on being so close to the 365 Calvari Steps, which we also climbed at night to look out on the spectacular view.
We had a lovely holiday and would stay again. These were small niggles but as the house is of such a high standard it seems a shame that it is not perfect.

The villa was lovely, a wonderful oasis in the middle of charming Pollensa.
Overall we were impressed with the villa. It was spacious and all of the bedrooms were of a similar size and standard. It was nicely decorated and kitted out with all the essentials. Before our holiday we were a little concerned that the pool would be too small but actually it was more than adequate and the children in particular enjoyed it immensely. The outdoor space is particularly well laid out and lends itself to making the most of the fabulous Mallorcan weather - we spent most of our time there.
The location of the villa, right in the centre of Pollensa, is perfect and it's very easy to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants.
A few little negatives would be that on arrival there were ants in the kitchen which we had to keep on top of and also the back wall of the fridge tended to ice up and then thaw out leaving huge puddles of water on the floor. Some information about how the air conditioning worked, where to leave rubbish bags and recycling (both piled up) and general info about local amenities and eateries would have been very helpful.
However, we had a super holiday and we enjoyed the villa and everything it had to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and beautiful home
We very much enjoyed our stay at Cap Ramón. The home is very well equipped and Andrea was very helpful. It’s location is excellent- easy to walk to numerous shops, bakeries and restaurants. It is an easy drive to local beaches like Port de Pollensa and Cap Formentor (our favorite). My only suggestion would be to have more information on recommended restaurants and shops in the guest book. But overall it was a great stay! Thank you

Oasis in Pollensa
We have had a fabulous holiday at Can Ramon. The location was perfect for our family of 5. My mother is in her late 80s and cannot walk too far so just 100 metres into Placa Major was easy. We also did not need a car. There were plenty of supermarkets nearby and a decent bus service to travel north or south. There are some great walks nearby too.
This house is all about the outside space. The pool is small but adequate and siestas in the shade on the luxurious sunbeds are happy memories for some of us. However just two sunbeds is not enough. Perhaps you could provide some extra foldaway loungers in the garage so that more of us could have enjoyed this. We spent a lot of time in the outside covered dining area which was very comfortable and meant that we could still be outside when it rained and the ceiling fan was lovely on the really hot days. The TV had so many channels and easy to find something for us all to watch on the nights when the rain was particularly bad. The pizza which we had to accompany this was from the Italian restaurant from next door which was delicious and I cannot recommend highly enough. There are some high quality facilities and the original features are wonderful.
There were a few issues for our family. The twin bedrooms do not have wardrobes for hanging clothes. One of these rooms was the downstairs bedroom which just had a chest of drawers. I had chosen Can Ramon because it had a downstairs bedroom for my mother to use. Since it had nowhere for her to hang her clothes she had a room upstairs and had to crawl on all fours for the last few stairs as there was nothing for her to hold on to at the top of the stairs. this is not a good memory.
The settee and chairs look good but are too large and hard to be comfortable.
I do not want to end this review with the negative points. You can see that I have still given Can Ramon 5 stars. This is such a unique property with the wow factor and it deserves 5 stars. We had a fantastic 2 weeks holiday

An oasis in central Pollensa
The townhouse is a hidden gem in the centre of Pollensa, only 200m (approx) from the central square. An ideal location. We are a family of four with two young kids (4) and (18 months) and would highly recommend the property. The outdoor space is lovely, with various areas given to swimming, BBQ, outdoor eating and various areas to relax. The pool is a good size for young kids - and entirely private. The pool area itself can be closed off from the house via a gate; ideal for wandering toddlers.
The townhouse itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated to a high standard. Bedding, linen all wonderful. Some generous supplies had been kindly left for our arrival.
We held a birthday party here for visiting extended family. Plenty of space for entertaining, with various breakout areas.
Next door to the property is a great italian restaurant in a garden setting. Ideal for those nights of lunchtimes when you don't want to cook. There are also plenty of wonderful local restaurants too.
At night, the property may be lit by more candles than the Vatican. It makes for a very atmospheric setting, as the images show.
Finally, I'd make a special mention to the management team, who were lovely and most helpful. Thank you.
The only little downside I could think of is the lack of aircon for the bedrooms but I believe this is being addressed and it didn't cause any major issues.
It's a wonderful property and left lasting memories for the family. I'm sure we'll return in the future.

Beautiful house in a perfect location.
Beautiful beds, linen, towels, interior decoration and spectacular outside spaces. Marred only slightly by the lack of aircon in bedrooms. Fans were provided which were adequate though. Would definitely visit again.
