In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit Kantinengastronomie

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Donau

Das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das gebuchte Frühstück war schlecht, Brötchen wie Kaugummi, man steht am Kaffeeautomaten an, kein Brot, Orangensaft aus dem Automaten etc, hat mehr was von einer Selbstbedienungskantine. Kein a la carte Restaurant, im Restaurant wird täglich ein Menue angeboten, selbstverständlich wie beim Frühstück, Selbstbedienung wie in der Kantine. Im Zimmer musste ich erst einmal Spinnen beseitigen, die Badewanne mit Dusche war voller Staubpartikel. Das Zimmer war wohl längere Zeit nicht mehr vergeben worden? Werde das Hotel ganz sicher nicht noch einmal besuchen:(

Tolles Zimmer, tolle Aussicht , sehr gutes Frühstück!

Das Hotel wurde mit Parkplatz angeboten, es ist aber ein Parkhaus das nicht dazu gehört und mit 18 EUR pro Tag recht teuer

Good base to explore city

Close enough to walk to city centre. Car park available but at extra charge. Spacious room with fridge. Pool looked good but didn’t use it during our stay. Online info re low emissions and need to buy pass was confusing but a call to the hotel soon sorted it out and we were told it was not required.

Bar shut as it was Sunday. Only food option was set menu at 38€ per person so we went into town. €18 to park. No tea/coffee in room. However, We knew the last two before booking.

Niets! Het personeel heel onvriendelijk en wilde niet meedenken

Dat personeel mega onvriendelijk was, niet mee wilde denken aan een oplossing. Hierdoor heeft deze overnachting heel veel geld gekost

Nicht hypermodern, dafür aber Platz und Freundlichkeit. Für Ulm für mich gesetzt :)

RAUM: Das Hotel ist eher "klassisch" zu sehen. Dunkles Holz und helle Beschläge haben eine in die Jahre kommenden Anmutung, aber: Anders als in den neumodernen Schukartons punkten die Zimmer mit Platz und Raum. Keinen Schnickschnack sondern entspannte Gelassenheit. WASSER: Im Erdgeschoss gibt es neben diverser Saunen auch einen kleinen Pool, der ohne Mehrkosten genutzt werden kann. Zum Bahnen ziehen eher nicht geeignet, aber um morgens 20min vor sich hin zu schwimmen absolut ausreichend. FREUNDLICHKEIT: Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und absolut Serviceorientiert. Toll! FITNESS: Der Raum ist groß und mit einigen Cardio Geräten sowie ein paar Bänken ausgestattet. 5 Euro sind total angemessen.

Aus den Bewertungen habe ich entnommen, dass das Frühstück reichhaltig und auch für die vegane Ernährung ist. Ersteres stimmt uneingeschränkt - bei Bedarf kann man morgens sogar mit Sekt in den Tag starten. Bei zweiterem habe ich mir mehr versprochen, bzw. bin vielleicht durch einige Berliner Hotels verwöhnt. Wenn überhaupt in dem Segment eher durchschnitt.

Rundherum ein nettes Hotel mit guter Bar und Essensmöglichkeiten.

Der Pool war super. Der Bereich sah schön aus. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und komfortabel. Sehr viel Personal welches außerordentlich freundlich war!

Es gab wie fast immer zu wenig Haken im Zimmer.

im Verhältnis zum Hotel Lago zu teuer

wir hatten keine Bademäntel und Schlappen auf dem Zimmer, so dass wir das Spar (das Jahr mit dem Preis bezahlt wurde) nicht nutzen könnten. Wir haben bei der Rezeption angerufen und niemanden erreicht. Wir haben dann beim Roomservice angerufen, der sich darum kümmern wollte, es aber nicht getan hat. Bei der Abreise reklamierte ich dies, es kam keinerlei Entschuldigung, sondern die Begründung, dass der Vorlieferant keine Handtücher und Bademäntel geliefert hat.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Ganz gut. Tee in Kännchen und mehr frisches Obst wäre gut gewesen. Der Preis von 19.00 Euro ist sehr hoch.

Die Parkgebühren sind enorm.

I enjoyed a pleasant, quiet and peaceful stay at this Hotel.

This Hotel is clean and beautiful, and very close to Old Town. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that since I did not require housekeeping services, that the staff were very understanding and accommodating in regards to my wishes. I would most definitely stay here again. I also appreciated that this is a non-smoking Hotel. A big thank you to all the friendly and kind staff!
