The staff was wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The landscaping was natural growth, not contrived gardens. All the supporting staff was quite friendly, helpful, if you needed anything they did their utmost to accommodate.
The airport in Provinciales was horrible. The local transport planes that Sailrock books you on are scheduled to run approximately at the same time as the major carrier planes arrive. American Airlines was 45 minutes late, so we missed the commuter flight down to South Caicos. The final day you end up going early to catch commuter flight back to Provinciales and spend 5 / 6 hours waiting with hords of other travelers stuck in the same situation: fearing missing the major flight back to wherever. Be nice if the commuter flights could be coordinated with a bit more leeway coming and going. American is going to start flying direct from Miami to South Caicos in February 95 - will it help? - never count Miami out for screwing up travel plans.

The villa was new and well appointed with small pool. The views were incredible! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was good to excellent. Great for a couple looking to get off the grid and relax! The Cove beach was very quiet with clear water.
Very expensive for everything with high added fees and taxes at over 30%. We didn't go on any excursions due to high costs. We thought snorkeling would be nice at the 2 beaches but not much to see when we did. Tough to bicycle on the property with the hills and many rocky, unpaved paths.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Strand auch. Sehr ruhig und toller Sand.
Der Service war nicht angemessen. Oft wurden Dinge einfach vergessen (Essensbestellungen, Housekeeping etc.)

Service, food, incredible variety of services, atmosphere, views, staff is very helpful and on time. The water was clearest we've ever seen.
Nothing really, our stay was perfect

Beautiful quiet location. Super friendly staff.

Great place to hang out and do absolutely nothing but soak in the sun and tranquility, maybe go for an easy swim, grab an "I soon Reach" beer, read a book, snorkel around the cove, swing in a hammock, take out the clear bottom kayak, or have a burger and fries and snooze. At some points you may feel like the only guest there. There was never once a need to rush for
a beach chair or toy. No reservations required at the restaurants and dress code is whatever you want! Great staff willing to go above and beyond (Juni and Putra are the best), rooms are well appointed with small kitchen and nespresso machines with 2 types of pillows on the bed, decor is quiet and natural, there is a short path to the beach (about 5-7 min walk) that may be an issue for the elderly or disabled but we took it every day no problem. You can take the golf cart instead if you prefer. Twice a week is bonfire night and you can have smores on the beach. They do have corn hole, bacci ball and a volleyball net as well. Gym is great and often empty. There is a beach on the opposite side of the resort that you can also walk to, which is not staffed. It is your own private beach. Overall a very romantic, relaxing stay.
There isn't much of a town in South Caicos and it is hard to find rental cars and no taxis so you are a bit tied to the resort unless you pay to go off-site to eat elsewhere (Only 3 other restaurants on the island I believe). The food/drinks were decent, some things much better than others. They have some open fields intended to be a tennis court and garden which will be awesome when they are done. I would have loved to have 1 daily yoga or fitness class included in the rate. There was an option to have yoga for $25 a person, but I did not see anyone doing it. Also breakfast could be 7-10 instead of 6:30-9:30 so that we wouldn't have to rush after working out in the morning. These are all small details. There isn't much negative to say about the actual resort!!!! Worth the trip.

We were upgraded to a bigger villa on arrival. The villa was beautiful and the view of the Atlantic was stunning. We were travelling with two little children and the staff were so kind to them throughout our stay. They had their best holiday yet.
I found the beds uncomfortable

Great food, wonderful facility. A little pricey.
Some confusion at checkout and departure flights caused a lot of concern, but eventually worked out. Just frustrating to end the vacation.

everything was amazing except the food, the restaurants should hire an excellent chief!

Excellent covid precautions, all outdoor facilities. The location was perfect and ATV rides were a blast.
Food was a bit monotonous. Wished they would have served more local cuisine and more variety. Also extremely overpriced.
Communication was also confusing at times. We scheduled a hobie cat lesson but it didn't begin till an hour later than expected and no indication why unless probed. Unsure where to get covid tests on our return back or where to meet for activities, really had to reach out on numerous occasions to get clarity. Like why did you forward me an Indian dinner menu with no context? Things like that.

The views were stunning. The way the buildings blended with the landscape. The staff was amazing and attentive.

Very large rooms including a very spacious bathroom, clean. Minimal decoration and it could be a bit more luxurious, considering the high price. Nespresso machine and free water bottles; although it is expected in this hotel category, it's not always the case so worth mentioning. Beautiful beach on the Caribbean side, like a postal card. Good food at the beach restaurant for lunch and nice choice. Nice waiters. They have free bikes so we could visit the north of the island; and free kayaks, paddles, and little sailing boats (sorry no idea how they are called) to visit the small islands around the bay.
Communication must be improved. Granted we skipped the "formal" check-in as we arrived early so the room was not ready; they gave us our keys and we went to the beach and later went directly to the room. Nevertheless, there was no welcome letter and there's no phone so we had to go back to the front desk asking about wifi and they gave us a phone number to communicate via whatsapp. The second day the dinner was on the beach, we learnt it by chance because the lady in the shop asked us if the were ready for bonfire night... We arrived there at 8pm and there was almost no food left (it was a buffet) and it was cold. Looks like it was too late but nobody told us we had to be there early! Also the price was too high, 85$ for a very limited buffet choice.
The other day dinner was at the main restaurant, choice is very limited, only 4 starters and 4 mains. Why don't they have more options like at lunch?
Finally not a bad thing at all but as a FYI, be aware the place is very remote so you are totally captive. There is absolutely nothing around, so if you like going out in the evening this is not the place for you. They organise dinner in "town" a few evenings per week though; having been in town separately, not sure it's worth it.
In conclusion, this is a nice secluded place, but if you've been lucky enough to have travelled a bit you'll find this is not up to standard compared to other 5 stars in other countries / islands, and it is very expensive for what it is. Seems to be a common thing in Turks and Caicos though!

We absolutely loved our stay. This is a very special place. The bartender Lalu made the best drinks. The ocean looked like a pool it was so clear. People complained about the service on reviews I read and we did not have any issues. Food always came out fast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Definitely no party scene. Free water sports on the beach every day (sailboat, paddle boards, snorkeling) kept us plenty entertained. Cannot say how much we loved it! Almost forgot the resort has an Atlantic view and a Caribbean view. We woke up to see the sunrise on the Atlantic side and sunset on the Caribbean side. Also cute wild donkeys all over the island. Absolutely come here. It’s also very none touristy… very much undiscovered gem. Loved it.

What an amazing place - perfect for a relaxing vacation away from crowds. The beach was picture perfect and good for lounging, kayaking and paddling. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was so friendly and attentive (especially Mon and Deo at the Great House, Ben on the hobiecat, and Juni organizing our activities). We will definitely be back!

The staff was so helpful and ready to help you in anything you need. They were always so courteous with us and concerned with our well being! The beach is amazing to relax, do sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding. I travelled with my 10 months baby and she enjoyed the calming waters. The food was really fresh and great! My room was also very comfortable and clean.
Mosquitoes. I reccomend staying at least four nights so you can enjoy the hotel.
