In regards to all-inclusive, it was allright, could be better, more diversity & better quality.
The hotel is old, expected much more for the value. Comparing to other Bulgarian hotels. Definetely did not like that I had to pay parking 10E/day, also room-minibar was not free.

very good location with a beautiful spa. the opening hours to spa is 9-19.00. the outside swimming pool is very good with thermal water. the parking place is safe and free of charge. the wi-fi is very good.

The location is splendid. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. The Spa is wonderful.

Location, food, external hot pool
We went here last year, it was better overall.
This year it was really dirty, rude attitude of staff from parking to reception and cleaning ladies that burst in your room one second after they only knocked once, bugs in the room, interior spa area was cold, small children jumping in the jacuzzi and using it like a private pool for hours, old furniture in the room, (bathtub had some sort of wood under it to keep it even), sink and shower taps worked and looked bad, heating was closed (only started at night), besides water all drinks taste like medicine, the wine, juices etc... Very expensive for what it offers

The spa is excellent, with numerous features and very clean . The reception and Bar area are good, with games area adjacent.
Sullen staff, save for the room cleaners.
Tired rooms, mismatched decor.
Bathroom shower curtain cut in half with scissors. No grab handle on wall. Extractor fan did not work, therefore, constant smell of toilet and drains.
Bed, old spring matress, felt my partner moving.
TV to small and distant.
Restaurant was dirty. Sticky tables, sticky floor, evidence of spilled food and drink. Food was poor and cheap quality. Not worthy of 5 stars. I would only rate it 3 stars.

Can't think of anything

Best hotel for cold season. It has a very nice SPA area, with steam sauna, salt room, balneo and massage, normal sauna, vitamina bar, relaxing room, salt thermal pool....i hope not forget something. Also inside pool is pretty large and the water is very good for swimming. Outside pool is large too and has thermal water. There is a fitness room too. Breakfast and dinner are Swedish buffet and food is very good. Rooms are clean with big glasses and incredible view. They have lavazza coffe machine and tea maker.

The Best Hotel in the area, with amazing rooms, and views, a very nice beach, great spa center.
Superior was briliant. The cleaning staff just unbelievable organized and professional
The restaurant stuff was not very good organized
4.4
- calm secure guarded area
- hotel is really old, not 5 stars
- uncomfortable beds
- too noisy at night from outside because of the wind and sea
4.4
Not to many options for food, but ok.
You have to pay for parking car near the hotel, no matter if you payed all inclusiv.

Good location, ok-ish facilities, could be much better. Not at all relfective of the 5-star rating claimed or the price paid
Very lazy staff and rude staff to the point that guests had to clean the tables and find cutlery themselves. Staff were not at all accomodating and were quite rude to children, would not recommed to families.

Certainly has a very nice beach front, perhaps one of the nicest we observed while in Varna. Spa is very nice, we got two massages and used the lovely sauna while there. The breakfast was ok—good variety, vegetarian options. Our deluxe room was very large with a full living room set for two people. The staff was pleasant and responsive and allowed us to upgrade our room a few days before our stay over the phone. The room was not technically a sea view, but did have a large balcony from which you could see the water. Just a note if you are thinking about booking this hotel—it is about a 15 min drive to varna proper. Not good or bad, just something to consider.
1) The interior of the rooms is very dated, perhaps 80s or 90s in appearance. Carpet needs replacement. Our carpet was clean (vacuumed) but had multiple stains. Multiple pieces of furniture were chipped or had stains. Elevators are tiny and slow.
2) Our shower head was broken from the first day but we didn’t complain until it became unusable. It took 12+ hours to fix this problem and the staff was unapolegetic about it, did not offer expedited fix. In all fairness this did happen at 6pm but I feel that a shower is part of what I paid for and it should be fixed even if it breaks at midnight.
3) Felt very nickel-and-dimed for a “5-star” resort. Has a lavazza espresso pod machine in the room but they charge 1.5lev each for the pods. Free nescafe. Extra 20lev per day to park in a reasonable spot (“free parking” is up a hill from the resort)
