About this villa rental

A proven favourite amongst our Fuerteventura villas. This is a delightfully furnished Arabesque styled 2 bedroom villa, sleeping 4 people, sited in the traditionally exclusive part of town. It is only a 15 minute stroll from the high street of the main tourist centre of Corralejo, and 5 minutes walk from the internationally famous 7 km stretch of white sand starting with 'Flag Beach' kite surfing/ windsurfing centre of Fuerteventura. This area of town is as close as you are going to get to these stunning beaches.

This villa (with an air conditioning option for the main bedroom at a small weekly cost) is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, town bars, restaurants and the resort water park. Casa Luka is a fully equipped detached property, offering you the perfect facilities for a private, self-contained break. It offers a unique 20’ long, 1.3 m deep Roman style heated pool (heated all year) with wide sunken steps to enjoy refreshments, accompanied by a sunbathing area to the front. To the side is a private al fresco dining area and full size masonry barbeque. Additionally, there is a large roof terrace equipped with sunloungers which looks out over the ocean to Lobos Island and neighbouring Lanzarote. The perimeter of the property protects you with walls supported by discreet screening, making the gardens and pool area both child friendly and very private. A dip in the sea is a mere 500m away. Transfer time from Fuerteventura airport is just 35 minutes. A hire car for this villa is not essential, but it is useful should you wish to explore other parts of this fantastic island.

Inside Casa Luka has a spacious living room and dining area combined, leading on to the separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has two large comfortable sofas, Wifi is provided free of charge. The villa has two double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, one with a double size bed and one with twin beds. An infant cot is provided with no extra charge if required. Each bedroom has its own French doors opening out to patio areas within the walled gardens. There are I + 1/2 bathrooms, one with double basins, bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The other has a single basin and toilet. Large ceiling fans are fitted throughout to keep the inside cool and airy.

Superfast wifi (400mbps) feeds a 65 inch

also provided.

Additional features of Casa Luka location:

* Corralejo is a busy resort with entertainment bars and restaurants centred in the downtown/ harbour region. Casa Luka is 15 to 20 minutes walk away from that area so it benefits from tranquility when that is needed but also affords easy access to the varied nightlife when that's a priority. It has the best of both worlds.
* The nearest supermarket (Hiperdino) is only an 8 minute stroll from Casa Luka sited in the popular El Campanario Shopping Center and this is important for a self catering holiday. There is nothing that can't be purchased here and usually at significantly lower cost than other parts of Europe.

Villa Luka is a lovely place to stay. It is well equipped and spacious. It's within easy walking distance to the shops and beaches. The WiFi is very fast! Andy, the owner is very helpful and always upbeat. We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

A very comfortable and spacious villa with good enclosed space all round it, very handy for sunbathing at all times of day. A heated pool was a real treat. Only 4 stars for accuracy of listing as it seemed to suggest there are 2 bathrooms when in fact, there is 1 plus a toilet.

We stayed in the villa for 8 days in December 2023. The villa has a Moroccan vibe and is located in a spot which is convenient for the beach and amenities. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Communications with Andy were excellent throughout. We will be back!

Character property which was close to essential shops and within walking distance from several beaches. The property was well maintained and had all we needed for a self-catered holiday.There was an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom for which we paid a small supplement. The property owner was welcoming and helpful.

We stayed here at the end July - Aug 23 the villa was just brilliant exactly as stated. Pool was perfect as is the bbq area went with teenagers who were impressed with wifi! Tbh we all were. The roof terrace is perfect but the pool area got the sun till gone 8 in the evening so we didn’t really use it. We would all book this villa again. Andy and his wife were really friendly and a phone call away if we had any questions or problems. Thank you Andy for letting us have use of your villa

The property is conveniently located and only 5 minutes walk to the supermarket other shops and restaurants. The main town is just 20 minutes walk or a couple of minutes by taxi. Casa Luka is well presented and equipped and very comfortable. The pool although small is perfectly adequate to cool off. There is plenty of sunbathing areas and the roof terrace is ideal for naked sunbathing (if you so wish). All in all the villa added to what was a memorable stay in Corralejo.

Location was great, nice walk into town and the beach. Villa is a little tired and in need of updating. Pool is lovely but probably only for use in warmer months. Andy was a great host, met us when we arrived and provided a heater without us even asking

A spacious, clean, well equipped and convenient villa! Our boys, 3 and 5, loved the pool and the fab TV was great for down-time entertainment. We walked to the beaches most days as lazy days around the pool aren’t really a thing for super-charged little boys!! That said, we still used the pool each day and were delighted it was heated - a must in spring. The nearby supermarket made self catering very cheap and easy, as did the enormous range of restaurants within an easy 15 minute walk. Andy called to check all was ok and was very friendly. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Lovely comfortable and clean, pool was warm but as we went so late in the season it was never in full sun. Nothing wrong with villa but we discovered it was a little too far from the centre for two 60 year olds.

The villa definitely needs air con in the bedrooms. The ceiling weren’t sufficient, and we had to keep all doors and windows shut at night to keep out the cockroaches. The pool was lovely being heated but was smaller than expected. Twenty minute walk to Main Street in Corralejo where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

Villa Luka offered all the vital ingredients to enjoy a relaxing break with everything within an easy 10 minute walk, yet within a quiet residential area so no late night noise. We found the pool to be lovely and warm and the roof terrace was a nice addition. We soon found our bearings and very much enjoyed the Campanario Centre which hosted a couple of weekly craft markets, lots of shops and lovely bars/restaurants. We got the boat over to Lanzarote, which cost around 30 EU for a return trip, well recommended.

Villa seemed not to have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival and during our stay of 4 weeks. The pool was cleaned every week but got dirty within 24 hours, it did not have a cover which could have helped to keep it cleaner. For this reason we only used the pool on the day it was cleaned As the villa faces on to the back of a busy hotel it was always noisy. We had many problems with the TV but Andy, the owner, was always available to resolve, but it was frustrating having to contact him constantly.

Amazing Villa

Just back from our second visit to Villa Casa Luka, again had an amazing stay. Everything we needed and more. A real home from home. We did have a couple very mini issues during our 2 week stay but a quick email to Andy the owner back in Uk who then phoned us directly, they were sorted the next day by Chris and Ele the villa managers. Communication is excellent from both Andy and Chris. Many thanks for everything, we will be returning.

Casa Luke is a lovely 2 bedroom villa in an ideal location for both beach and town. This is our fourth stay and the villa is always clean and well maintained, the pool is just what you need on a hot day . The owner is on hand if there are any problems and provides very good customer service. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family.
