We were so happy to find such a comfortable and spacious apartment, full of amenities and artful touches. Claudia was flexible and clear with check-in and guided us to some great restaurants. Perugia was full of surprises! The night life was noisy, but the fun, vibrant vibe of the city was worth it. Parking was more challenging than we thought. But again, very much an authentic part of visiting this charming, medieval city. Thank you Claudia!

We had a great 2 week stay in lovely Perugia. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The location is perfect and accommodations are exactly as advertised.

The flat is centrally located and Perugia is a wonderful place to visit. It is a good sized place, with two bedrooms, a kitchen and seating area, and a bathroom. The bedroom is comfortable with a large bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is well-appointed.
That being said, little thought appears to have been given to the comfort of the accommodations or updating it beyond the bedroom. The seating area in the kitchen offers a futon that is basically on the floor, which is hardly comfortable. The kitchen table is passable though the chairs were a bit wobbly even for small folks like us, and the dishwasher appeared not to have been used for awhile, so it has an odor.
The second bedroom has a piano and another futon, on wheels. As we did not use it as a bedroom, we tried to use it as a seating area to enjoy a glass of wine. You're in Italy and enjoying a pre-dinner glass of wine is all but mandatory! As the futon is on wheels, if you move while seated the whole futon slides, causing you to lurch forward without warning.
So your seating choices are the kitchen table, the floor futon, or the futon on wheels. No other chairs for sitting, which is odd.
Also, while the owner has no control over this, be aware that the area around the flat is quite noisy. Whether it was due to Halloween or college students being college students, the yelling in the surrounding area is loud and lasted each evening til about 2:00 AM or so.

We stayed with Claudia for a month. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The location could not be better. We were five minutes from Piazza Matteotti, seven minutes from the university and just up the hill from the mini metro. We walked to everything easily. Claudia herself was accomodating and a delight. I highly recommend this accommodation for a family, two couples or friends. It’s in a lively nightlife area.

Perugia is a great, out of the way town that is simply gorgeous. This apartment was absolutely the best place to stay while visiting. I was very grateful for the first floor location after staying on the fourth in multiple towns with no lift. It was very homey and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave!

We spent 3 months at Claudia‘s cozy apartment and it very quickly became our new home. Claudia was very helpful and answered all our questions and needs as quickly as possible. Communication was very easy and pragmatic. The apartment offered everything necessary for a pleasant stay and to make us feel at home. We especially liked, that it was always warm (although we stayed during the winter) and that there was enough storage space for all our luggage. The apartment is also very central. City life happens right in front of the door, which is very comfortable if you enjoy to spend your time in restaurants and bars. But it is also quite noisy during the weekends. If we came back to Perugia, we would definitely rent the place again.

Roomy, authentic Italian apartment with delightful historic touches like Etruscan walls and arches. And yet very much appreciated conveniences such as washing machine and dish washer. Also had a freezer with ice cube trays for Americans!!!. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom compact but great. 5 minutes walk from the main historic market center and 8 minutes from the duomo.
The landlord, Claudia is a delightful person to talk to. She shares her knowledge of the city , the neighborhood and the building. She is special.

From the first moment Claudia showed us the apartment we knew we would love it. She has equipped it with everything you will need for a short or long stay. It is perfectly located on a quiet side street five minutes walk from the main square. It has everything for a long or short stay. Claudia, the owner, was very warm and easy to communicate with and left an array of information for new guests. The unit is in a charactful cosy historical building. We would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Perugia. .

Fantastic place to stay
This apartment is right in the centre of Perugia, so perfect for seeing the city. It is really charming inside and much bigger than it seems in the photos. It is fully equipped, very clean and stays very cool in the hot weather due to the stone and double glazing. It has been decorated nicely in keeping with the history of the building. There is a coffee place right at the end of the street and bars and restaurants within 2 minutes of the door. Claudia, the owner, is very friendly and helpful for whatever you want. We loved our stay here, Perugia is a great city to visit, hilltop town chic with heaps of vibrancy from all the students.Th

Comfortable and Convenient!
A superb place to stay in Perugia; comfortable, plenty of room, and quiet. Just off Piazza Matteotti and only a few minutes away from the MiniMetro Pincetto station. Claudia and Gianluca were excellent hosts - looking forward to staying with them again in the future!

il nostro soggiorno in via dei cartolari
Appartamento arredato con gusto , dotato di tutti i confort, a 5minuti a piedi dal corso Vannucci. La proprietaria è una perdona gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Come a casa nostra
