Fantastic villa, fantastic location. Will come again.

The location is amazing. Beautiful views and quiet, but near to facilities if required. The neighbours in the upstairs section were very friendly and made much effort to be polite and quiet. Villa facilities are very good. Having access to 3 kitchens is particularly helpful, and the shared kitchen by the pool makes such a difference to socialising, leaving the apartments free for personal space. There is plenty of shade around the grounds, meaning that on very hot days there is always somewhere to relax comfortably. Love that there are plenty of chairs and sunbeds. The pool and jacuzzi were kept immaculately clean and everything was perfectly ready for our arrival.

Very little not to like about this place, I can only suggest small improvements. Would have liked information about refuse and recycling arrangements. Also a list of local emergency contacts e.g. doctor, fire etc would be useful. A couple of extra pool umbrellas would be helpful to provide additional shade near to the pool. Maybe a fan in the pool kitchen area would help to keep the eating area a bit cooler on very hot days.

Very good

The pool is very nice and the filters work well for keeping it clean. Same for the hot tub. The kitchen area is good for cooking and hanging out. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The parking is directly on the premises. There is a washing machine. The host is very pleasant and even though she and her family also live at the same house where the apartments are, they were quite unnoticeable.

The apartments are smaller than they seem in the pictures. The only area where everyone can hang out is the outside kitchen. It is big enough, but it could use some renovations. The oven did not work and there is an abundance of unusable kitchen utensils, e.g. blunt and broken knives. Also the dishwasher was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves before it would actually wash the dishes properly. There is a sunblind at the entrance to the outside kitchen, but it is unusable as a tree has grown in front of it, which is why the area get very warm from approximately midday and you cannot stay there if you don’t want sunburn. The bathrooms need some improvement as well, the drains seem to be clogged as the water goes away very slowly and every shower ends with you standing in a puddle. Also it is somewhat annoying that toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet directly, but has to go to a separate bin, but this seems to be an issue in whole of Corfu.

A lovely quiet place to stay for a family

The pool and out door kitchen area were fantastic , great views and scenery , very quiet area if that’s what you want.

Needs a bit of attention and maintenance required to a few things including the kitchen appliances and sun beds , just needs updating a little bit and would then be 1st class
