Beautiful condo with stunning views! Clean, spacious, and well-equipped with easy access to the beach. Great location and friendly staff. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

The view of BBC beach looks *exactly* like the listing! Beautiful condo with effective air conditioning, extremely convenient to BBC Beach, groceries, restaurants, Grand Anse, but away from the hubub. There are plants and flowers all over the condo complex. It's lovely.
Yes there are a few predictable minor annoyances - there are bugs in Grenada, and the balcony gets hot in the afternoon - but I loved this place. Thank you, Wanda, for offering such a relaxing place to stay to the world.

Unbelievably beautiful
I stayed for five nights with my daughter and three adult family members. We basically had our own space which was nice for us. The property looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean.
But the best part about it was the views of the unbelievably beautiful BBC beach. Most of us walked down to the beach every day, spending hours there floating in the water, looking for washed up shells and coral and snorkeling. It takes only a couple minutes to get there and it was never crowded. And if you stop by the beach bar for a quick snack, try the nutmeg pancakes!
Beautiful, unique and well kept property in an amazing location. I definitely plan on returning some day.

Not what you expect
Thé condo is Well situated but the niveau beach is far for a walk Aldo the condo would need some rénovations. Thé owner should profite some chair To bring To thé beach since the are out of price to rent and boy said on advertising.

Christmas in Grenada
We enjoyed our stay at Morne Maison. The location was fantastic and convenient - just steps from Morne Rouge beach. The condo worked well for my wife and me and our two boys for our week long vacation. I would say that the online photos are a good representation of the condo. The owners were very responsive and helpful - making many recommendations to make the stay easy. The kitchen was well stocked, and Diana was a great convenience.

Comfortable Stay
Great location between Grand Anse and BBC beaches. We especially enjoyed BBC, it's a short walk and quieter than Grand Anse. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Friendly neighbors and Diana was wonderful.

Excellent family get-away
Comfortable lodging for the 7 of us. Large kitchen and common areas for group meals. Would stay there again but place is already booked for our next trip.
Few minute walk to small secluded beach and 10 min walk to Grand Anse beach. Easy walk to mall and grocery store as well. Several dive shops also close.

Best Location in Grenada
This is an older unit, but is spacious and clean. We are beach people so the easy access to BBC beach is perfect for us. This was our 2nd stay at this condo. We felt safe to walk into the Grande Anse area at night for dinner or a drink, and could walk to the grocery store as well. Great Location. Our favourite spot on site is our terrace overlooking the bay. We are there all morning with coffee, and again at cocktail hour.

A wonderful family vacation!
We had a great time in Grenada and Morne Maison was a perfect house and perfect location for a family with two small boys (five and eight years old). It is an easy walk to two beaches that are drastically different but great in their own way (one serene and uncrowded and one pleasantly busy). The house is well kept and comfortable and checking in and out was very easy.
The only thing keeping this review from being five stars is that there was very loud construction going on in the house next door during out stay. We spent most of the days out and about so it didn't bother us much though.

Amazing!
The condo is gorgeous, and situated to give the occupants views of the beach from each level. Everyone who is working with this property was extremely welcoming and gracious. We arrived late, but Elaine and Josh were there to greet us. We could not have asked for more, and would like to return.

.Pure Satisfaction
I recently stayed at Morne Maison with my wife, two daughters, my son, daughter-in-law, and grand daughter. The property is superbly situated above the most children friendly beach you will find on planet earth. Privacy guaranteed and the house offer every thing one can wish for on a family holiday.

The property was great for our visit and accompanied 6 adults easily...awesome location!
The location was within walking distance of popular BBC beach. It was great to have Diane around to cook some local dishes...delicious and inexpensive! Will definitely return!

Exquisite surrounded by beautiful views and people
What a marvelous two and half weekse had a marvelous time in your Grenadian home. A perfect setting for our dream honeymoon. The view overlooking Morne Rouge beach could not have been better. Your tips and instructions were a wonderful guide for places to consider and we ended up taking advantage of many of them.
Rhodes and LaLuna were our favorite restaurants. The service was impeccable and every morsel of food was delicious. La Luna was a surprise and the Italian perspective was great. We spent over an hour trying to find the restaurant on one of the first nights only to learn the road entrance was only a few hundred yards from the condo! We enjoyed drinks at Umbrella multiple times and, of course, enjoyed rum punch at Rocky’s several times as well. First night there, we had to try La Plywood and their fish tacos, not to mention the deadly YellowBirds.
The driving was quite the challenge but after a few days we were driving with relative confidence. I did have my share of turning on the windshield wipers instead of the turn signals the first week but I learned to use the horns in a friendly way to inform other drivers I was there, mastered the roundabouts. We did have a couple of wild experiences of getting totally lost – once up in the interior and once in St. George at night after eating at BB’s Crabback. We had a once in a lifetime thrill of having a friendly policeman walk us down from the St. George bus station – yes, literally walk us down the hill, stopping traffic along the way.
Finally the people. I have never experienced such a strong collective sense of warmth, friendliness, and genuine charm from almost everyone we met. Rocky was our philosopher and mentor on retirement; Bentley, Kathy discovered, is her equal in his love for cats; Joey was helpful and always smiling. New friends were made at many of the beaches where we visited regularly. We spent a day at Carriacou and the owner and tour guide (Allison) was charming and very sweet, picking us up personally at the airport and making sure we got to see wildlife and beautiful reefs in some of the clearest water I have ever seen.
Then there was Diana. She was wonderfully helpful and became our morning companion. You will be hard pressed to find a more charming and beautiful site for your visit. Wanda was responsive and extremely resourceful. Her insights were spot on and essential.

THE MOST RELAXED HOLIDAY LOCATION EVER
We stayed for two weeks - January 30 to February 13 2016 - and had one of the most relaxed holidays ever. Wanda arranged for our collection from the airport, our hire car through "Rocky & Cecily" who were both great. Their property manager, Bentley Steele, was at Morne Rouge to meet us and the lovely Diana looked after us so well. We now count Rocky, Cecily, Bentley and Diana as our friends. The Condo seems to get better and more relaxing by the day. We alternated between eating out for Lunch and Dinner which gave us the best of both worlds and it was good to see restaurants in day light and also at night with the evening atmosphere. We tried so many - BB's Crab Back, La Luna, The Beach House, Acquarium and Calabash were our favourites and we visited each twice. Umbrellas was fun and food good so too Sangria's.
We could thoroughly recommend any body from a couple like us to a large family holidaying at Morne Maison as the accommodation, location, swimming in Morne Rouge Bay and local shops and restaurants are all excellent.
Don't delay - book it today. We will be back.

Morne Maison: Paradise Gem
We almost didn't want to provide a review and keep this hidden gem a secret to ourselves. But the owners and supporting staff deserve to be complimented on providing our families with the perfect holiday vacation.
From the beginning, our needs were graciously met. The owners were able to make arrangements for pick up and drop off at the airport. In addition, they were able to provide us with starter supplies to get us through the holidays when many restaurants and businesses were closed. We prepared most of our own meals during the day and took advantage of some of the recommended local restaurants for dinners out.
The accommodations comfortably housed our two families: 4 adults and 4 children (ages 11-15). The property was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect; with easy access to two of the best beaches on the Island. The rooms and amenities were as advertised and represented via the listing.
We appreciated the peaceful location and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to family and friends. We are already planning a return visit.
Thank you Wanda for sharing your home with us; and pleasant staff for caring for our needs.
Kind regards,
The Kirkwood and Franz families

A very comfortable home in a great location!
We had a wonderful stay at Morne Maison. The home is very comfortable and it's location couldn't be better. We walked down the stairs to a beautiful, quiet beach and also walked a few minutes to another larger, very beautiful beach. Wanda was also great providing us with fantastic information before our arrival -- from connecting us with Rocky for a car rental to myriad suggestions for local restaurants and activities. We also loved Diana, who kept the apartment clean and also prepared several meals for us. Overall, we had a perfect vacation and look forward to returning to Morne Maison soon!

Great stay
My wife and I celebrated her 40th birthday staying at Morne Maison. Although it was just the two of us, we will hopefully come back with our three boys. There is plenty of room for 8 if needed. The view off the balcony and their atrium was amazing. Pictures cannot do it justice. The A/C in the room was great to have when we returned back from the beach. The location is perfect as you can also take a 15 minute walk and be at Gran Anse beach. We preferred Morne Rouge beach (5 minutes away) as it had better snorkeling on both ends of the bay. We never rented a car but took a great excursion with their recommended tour guide named Justin. He was very kind and helpful and showed us Grand Etang National Park and Belmont estates. He even traveled around to find us some Grenada national soccer jerseys for our boys!!! There were three very good restaurants within walking distance and an Italian coffee and pastry shop just outside the entrance. Diana was there every morning (except Sundays) cleaning up and being helpful in many ways. I would highly recommend this quiet place to anyone.

A very enjoyable stay in a superb location
We spent ten days at Morne Maison and as six adults there was more than enough space. We loved spending time in the upstairs lounge and on the balcony. There was every facility and utensil you could possible need in the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning and showers excellent.
The location, on what we thought was one of the best beaches, was just beautiful. The steps down to the beach were not too difficult for those with poorer mobility.
Diana, the housekeeper, was very helpful. She kept everything spotlessly clean, hung out our washing and ironed a few items whilst we were out. She made us a couple of fruit salads, a breadfruit salad and some rice and pigeon peas to go with our barbeque. On arriving, when asked about car hire she immediately contacted a company for us who came within the hour. This company also arranged to pick up our luggage for the return to the airport (ten minutes away) .
The large supermarket is about a twenty minute walk down the road. There are many restaurants nearby. We liked Sangria, just a few yards away, Sweetleys, literally opposite, for coffee and pastries and had a really nice breakfast at Kalingo, and Papillon.
We loved Rocky's bar on the beach, we wished it was open more than just the weekends.
The Boulangerie was good for pizza delivery and to sit outside for lunch.Umbrellas on Grand Anse beach was an excellent American style diner. Our favourite, however, was The Aquarium on Magazine Beach. We had a superb Sunday BBQ and enjoyed listening to the live music. This beach is also offers good snorkelling.
A visit to Belmont Estate with lunch in their restaurant made a lovely day out. There are so many places to visit and explore around the island.
One point, make sure you use mosquito repellent morning and evening. They sneak through the open slats of the louvre windows in the atrium of the condo.
We so loved Grenada with its really friendly people, our chats with the night security staff, and the abundant wildlife. We have recommended Morne Rouge to a family with young children as the beach is so suitable and to a couple of retirees who will enjoy the peace and tranquility. We actually missed the night-time music of the whistling frogs!

The penthouse was a delightful place to stay
The views of beach were just as pictured. We stayed with another couple for the week and enjoyed lunches on the beach (they will let you use the beach chairs if you eat at the various places on BBC beach. We especially enjoyed the upstairs lanai to sip cocktails and enjoy the breeze. The downstairs bedroom was not used and it seemed a bit musty. The upper bedrooms were fine and the air conditioners were welcome at night.
Diana was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here. Close to supermarket and many lovely places to eat.

Set in one of the prime locations on Grenada
Large, clean and functional with the most stunning views on the island. There is a great selection of local restaurants (make sure to try Sangria restaurant) and a large supermarket just 10 minutes walk up the road if you decide to cook using the well stocked kitchen. Our family had a wonerful Christmas at Mourne Maison and would certainly return.
Thank you Wanda and family for a wonderful stay.

The pictures do not do the place justice, it can only be truly appreciated by being there. The setting is perfect, with the beach just a few minutes walk with plenty of bars to satisfy a thirst or a hunger. But do not hurry, this is a place which will quickly get you in a relaxed mood. You could spent most of your life just sat on the verandah, watching the setting sun and the sky at night, sipping your favourite drink.
With Diana, the maid, who will look after your meals, cleaning and any washing needs. The most difficult decision you will need to make is what you would like to eat. If you like sea food you are in a for a treat, the Island has a supply of some of the biggest lobsters anywhere in the world. Do not be afraid to try some of the local delicacies as they are delicious.
Around the Island, there are some wonderful sights. You will find tropical rain forests, waterfuls and mountains in land. Tour the Islands coastline and you will find gorgeous secluded coves, with white sand and torquoise sea.
If you are going to take a Carribean holiday, make Grenanda your choice and stay here.

We have stayed here three times which speaks for itself - the accomodation has a beautiiful ambient feel to it and the view over the mile long beach is stunning - It is a relaxing change from hotel stereotype and Diana the maid provides an efficient part of the process that allows you to relax and enjoy.
You can reach the beach in just a few minutes and most of the time the sea is tranquil and fabulous to swim.
Sundowners on the balcony completes the perfect day

This is a heavenly paradise on earth! First the views are magnificent especially sitting out on the patio in the evening looking out over the breathtaking bay with the incredible sunset. The home is beautifully decorated with spacious bedrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen that is a gourmet's delight. Several eating areas with my favourite being the upstairs with the gorgeous view of the bay. The patios and decks all have superb views with lovely gardens. Early risers may find the beach and water a tranquil and serene place to begin the day with a quiet stroll or leisurely swim. The island itself has many attractions from hiking in the rain forest, swimming in the turquiose waters, waterskiing, boating/sailing, shopping in the colourful towns, delightful native Grenadians and fabulous restaurants. Love, love this place and would return in a heartbeat!

We had been recommended to try a holiday on Grenada after usually going to Barbados before or after Christmas
Well there is no comparison between the Islands
Grenada is Paradise with its lovely people and its beaches and rain forests
There are beautiful restaurants on the sea shore and the lobsters are to die for
Our teenage kids enrolled in a diving course at Astronauts for every other morning whilst we enjoyed relaxing on the beach or balcony and then as a family exploring the beautiful Island or enjoying the clear warm sea
We were told about this home Morne Maison on the beach at Morne Rouge sometimes called BBC beach
What a home and what a place to chill out in !!
Diana the lovely housekeeper/maid wakes you up at whatever time you ask (for us early to enjoy the twelve hours of sunshine) with the beverage of your choice and asks what you want for breakfast and when
For us it was always one cooked breakfast and one fruit and cereal
The kids opted for change everyday at different times but we all liked to swim the bay first it is only fifty yards away !!
Diana cleans cooks and makes the beds etc six days a week a real treat and a real gem
The home is a proper family home with an enormous kitchen, two dining rooms, two lounges, three bedrooms with en suites an enormous upstairs balcony and terrace garden with BBQ
A fantastic home for a family holiday and every night to sit on the balcony and watch the most spectacular sunsets with your chosen drink of the day prior to the nights festivities is truly heaven
The kids even have individual cable TV in the bedrooms !!
We are going back to Morne Maison on beautiful Grenada regularly from now on if we can

Beautiful condo, a ton of space!! Bridget was extremely helpful in her emails for months beforehand helping us to find out what we needed, and what we didn't... Always very accommodating. There were 6 of us staying here, and overall we really loved it. I'll only speak for my husband and I, but our bedroom on the main floor was sufficient, if a teeny small, but that was ok. Real nice area to sit right outside to have my smoke too, lots of plants and flowers. The bed was comfy. :) HUGE kitchen, at least 3 different eating areas. We found the kitchen really well stocked, which was a bonus, as we'd brought a few things we thought they might have. Our maid was wonderful - we always came back at the end of the day to all our many washed clothes hanging out to dry, and everything all cleaned up. The upstairs open verandah was where we spent a lot of time in the evenings. Allison at the desk just at the front was an amazing help! The beautiful walk down the stairs to the beach was short & sweet & not as strenuous as we thought it might have been. Leslie's bar on the street was great to drop in for fresh juice or a beer.
One small negative was the fallout from the disco and bar at the bottom of the street - but that was only 1 night a week or so. Our other friends might mention the barking dogs all night coming from Gem, we thought? We didn't hear them as much on the ground flr., but they heard them upstairs, but that is not Mahogany Run's issue...
Our condo had a plumbing issue on one day and it was fixed, I think, within a day, which was great! All in all - I would recommend Mahogany Run to anyone looking for a spot very close to the BEST beach in Grenada, compared to Grand Anse, anyway! We have many photos, and once I post my review of Grenada on TripAdvisor, I will put the photos there, but I've sent Bridget some extras for her to use in renting.
I WISH WE WERE BACK ALREADY!!!!!
