We do not have Wifi.

This clean funky beach house is just 400m to the beautiful geographe bay and 1km to the town centre and tourist attractions of Busselton jetty and the underwater observatory.

This is an ideal home for 1 to 2 families with its closed in garden for the kids and pets while you kick back with a nice glass of local wine and b.b.q. on the great entertaining decked area.

Your 'Fresh Escape' includes a double spa bath for the romantic couple or chuck the kids in all in one go! Two toilets, hot/cold indoor and outdoor shower to wash off those sandy kids and surf boards 'Perfect'!

You will love all the mod cons to make your holiday a breeze including 2 TV's,
2 DVD players, board games/DVD'Ss, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, sandwich toaster, coffee espresso machine and baby facilities to boot, (high chair, travel cot).

For those keen fishermen there is plenty parking for the cars and boat, with the sailing club just at the bottom of the road.

Doonahs and pillows are provided, and linen and towels can be arranged at an extra cost.

In the lock up garage, you will find 1 toddler bike, 2 medium size bikes, 7 adult bikes (1 spare toddler seats for bikes, with helmets), three kayaks, surf/boogie boards, bucket and spades, beach chairs/umbrella just to make your holiday that little bit easier.

This is a great location, beach side of the Bussell Hwy. And if your keen to do a wine tour, 'Bush Tucker Wine Tours' will pick you up from the house and return you safe and sound, what more could you ask for!

Great house for our family, it is stocked up on everything we could have needed; games, movies, bikes (with baby seats) and a beach cart. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we'd booked the house for longer!

Communication with the owner was excellent even before we arrived. She has thought of everything! The property was clean, comfy and so well equipped. We brought a few bits with us as we weren’t certain what was supplied in the kitchen. From kitchen roll to clingfilm salt and pepper. Our dog Stanley loved his walks to The beach which was five minutes down the road. Walking into town is a fair trek. Around 25/30 minute. Great property, a brilliant break and we would book again thank you

Home from home with a garden my dogs loved. Clean, comfortable & exactly as described. Great comms too. Unfortunately our trip was cut short by an unexpected hospitalisation but will hopefully return in the future.

This cottage was ideal for my Mum (Verna) and her mid-life daughters to chill out West Busso like we did when Mum lived here. We loved that you had everything provided - loo paper, cleaning things, kayaks etc. so relaxing. It would have been good to put the market umbrella up -on the big deck table, though that is a minor point. Thanks so much :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Fresh escape for our family and dog. The communication with Justine was above and beyond. We found the house well equipped and the enclosed yard was perfect for our kids and dog to explore and burn off energy. Was a great distance to the local dog beach, park and even the heart of Busselton. We would love to return another time.

Fantastic wee house, so close to the beach and within easy reach of shops and the infamous jetty. Very clean and comfortable. The kids and the dogs loved the garden and shed full of toys. We had a lovely few nights stay and Justine was a really lovely host. Would highly reccomend.

Lovely home and great location - just a short walk from a beautiful beach and you can easily drive to town without having to go out on bussell highway. Everything we needed was provided and all the equipment to borrow in the shed was particularly impressive - our toddler had lots of fun on the balance bike!

Absolutely will stay again - place was perfect distance from the beach plus the centre of town. The house had such a relaxed vibe about it with its multiple French doors that could be opened to let the breeze blow through in the evenings. Secure yard which felt like a little private oasis and was safe for our two little dogs. And the host, Justine, is the most accommodating person with wonderful communication and understanding. Loved it and wish we were still there on holiday!

Our 2 youngest kids, 27 and 29, have been travelling around OZ (from NSW) and my husband flew out Boxing Day and spent 5 nights with them here for a Christmas break. It was perfect ! So great to have place for my sons dog and so close to where they were all surfing. The property accommodated all of them (5) and it was extra fun to use the bikes. Communication with owner was excellent and we were offered an extra day, so they got New Year together. A very memorable holiday xx

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 11 month old puppy. We loved the garden and how secure it was, house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful short walk to the beach which is fantastic for dogs and families. A fabulous house in a wonderful central location. It was a pleasure to deal with Justine too who answered our questions very quickly.

Once again,, a fabulous time was had staying in what we dubbed the “ ladies cottage” -though we all agree it could accommodate our families very well too! The host Justine was very easy to deal with, and the location was excellent close enough to the West Busselton strip but still close to town and the beach ! Can’t wait to stay again !

My husband and I and our small dog recently stayed at Justine's lovely beach house. The house is delightful, bright, clean and decorated in a beachy style. Everything was very clean, and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, and crockery etc. There is a lovely deck outside and a neat enclosed garden to sit and enjoy, while our dog was safe and contained. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the town centre very close. Communication with Justine was excellent. We would highly recommend staying in this lovely property.

The house was clean & had everything you could need while away! The home accommodated my family well and was such a nice time hanging out on the deck while having a BBQ. Justine gave us a complementary early check in and was easy to communicate with when needed. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

House was in a great location and proximity to everything in Bussellton. We loved the enclosed backyard for the dogs and children to run around freely. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery etc for meal times and house was clean and overall a great stay. Will be back again for our next visit.

Dog and children friendly front yard fully enclosed with a large wrap around deck. Loads of bikes, fishing rods etc to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and has convection hot plates/electric oven. Large fridge. Liquid hand soap in bathrooms. DVDs and board games to keep you busy. Justine was very accommodating in changing our holiday dates. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Great little house and great location. Our first experience taking our pets with us on holidays and this house was great. Front lawn was long enough to throw the dog a ball and a lovely big alfresco dinning patio that we enjoyed by having friends come for lunch. Outdoor shower was great for washing sandy feet from walks on the beach that is 7 minutes down the road. Inside the house is cosy. There's a big master bedroom with opening doors to the front yard and 2 other bedrooms that are neat and tidy. 2 toilets were a treat and the spa was a nice indulgence. Lots of things to keep us busy in the garage like bikes and kayaks and everything u need for a day at the beach. The back security screen door couldn't be clicked firm into shut position but that wasn't a major issue. If I had to suggest how to make this house more comfy it would be to add a TV in the master bedroom (only cause i love watching tv in bed), and a lock on the inside of the property boundary gate would be great also for peace of mind. Other than that we would love to stay there again and tried to rebook but wasn't available for the dates we wanted. We will be back👍
