Resort stupendo, direi un oasi di pace; letto super comodo, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia privata e da un mare stupendo. Bellisima la zona piscina. Ristorante ottimo

Una meraviglia

ci siamo trovati molto bene, oserei dire un posto magico. La piscina a sfioro al tramonto è ineguagliabile, poi pace e tranquillità ovunque. Tutto il personale era eccezionale sempre sorridenti, genitili e disponibili, anche con il mio amico a 4 zampe che ha apprezzato con molta gioia le coccole da Tiziana Maria della reception, unica! :-)

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Antonio hat sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht um uns immer ein Lokal für den Abend zu reservieren

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Pool Bereich war super und sehr modern. Am privaten Strand gab es auch Handtücher. Man konnte sich kostenlos Kajak und standup paddeling ausleihen. Das Zimmer war ganz neu

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Aber ich glaube das wird noch

piscina stupenda e spiaggia privata raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi, atmosfera e relax totale. Letto comodissimo e camera pulita. Grazie a Tiziana Maria per la pazienza e la sua super disponibilità e professinalità

Великолепное место, персонал. Все на высоте. Отель только открылся. Комфортабельные номера, бассейн, в пешей доступности пляж с лежаками и полотенцами от отеля. Рядом конюшня, можно совершить прогулку верхом вдоль береговой линии, очень живописно, лошади спокойные, инструктор правда только на итальянском говорит.

La peor atención al cliente de mi vida

La piscina y el tamaño de la habitación ok

Al llegar a las 22.00 hice check in y luego me dejaron esperando 15minutos diciendo que alguien hubiera venido a buscarme para acompañarme a la habitación. El que tenía que acompañarme estaba a mi lado y hasta que yo no pregunté cuanto más tenía que esperar no tomaron iniciativa. La habitación no tiene WiFi y el resto de la habitación es de 4 estrellas de 1990....Al check out pedí factura pero se negaron diciendo que me la tenía que hacer Booking y le explique que es rl hotel que tiene que hacerla como se puede leer en la web o confirmación de la reserva de Booking.com. Eso demuestra que no conocen ni cual es el proceso de trabajar con booking, solo subir el hotel, fotos y a cobrar.... He mandado varios emails en las últimas 2 semanas a [email protected] y nunca me han contestado. También he llamado al número que sale en Booking.com y me ha contestado un hotel de Corso Como en Milán... Le he dejado mensajes a través del chat de booking.com y me han respondido que lo sienten y solucionarian. ... Han pasado otros 5 dias y nada... No obstante le he dado muchas oportunidades de solucionarlo, he recibido la peor atención al cliente de mi vida, ignorado y engañado.

Nice place, good food but to enjoy the comfort you need speak Italian

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Giulliermo at the restaurant, very professional. Big variety of food, deserts were 10+. Evening entertainment is marvellous and engaging but everything in Italian.

Majority of information is only in Italian. internet works only at the reception and restaurant, but not in the room. this is totally unacceptable in 21th century. Difficult to book a spa as door is always closed and contact phone is not reachable.

pretty bad and wouldn't recommend it.

the setting and grounds, the beach and pool

food was pretty bad and covered with wasps and flies inside and out. No screens on windows or doors so we couldn't open the room up and had to use air conditioning 24/7. Staff was not trained to provide service (like most of Sardinia).the first room they gave us smelled like mold and mildew and the refrigerator was filthy and warm.
