The pool access was lovely and kept really clean! The spa services were also great! Lovely bar staff and most of the waiters were very attentive! The Culiarium A la cate restaurant was INCREDIBLE!
The buffet in the evening and lunch times got very boring and there wasn’t w enough variety! The staff at the reception desk were not as friendly as the others working in the hotel!

Everything! Restaurant and overall complex quality is very high, at a minimum a very good 4 star level. Very nice staff. Beautiful views, clean too.
Very small drawback is the room itself (the cheapest rooms). Noise insulation is at a very low level, no door to toilet/bathroom, AC did not work properly. None of this made the holiday in any way worse

The property was very tidy , well equipped bedrooms and on the beach. The staff were fantastic, very attentive and worked their socks off.
To far away from Kos Town , and expensive if you wanted to visit the town in the evening. Food was nice but a bit repetitive. Not extensively all inclusive , hidden cost when visiting the coffee shop .

The staff was very kind and available.
Healthy food options.
Well equipped gym.
Beautiful view and location.
There was a frequent smell of sewage in the outside areas.
The staff for the special dinners should be instructed better in specialized training (serving wine, cutting meat).
Most cocktails were bellow average quality.
The mini bar fridge was overheating because of missing airflow (missing ventilation opening in the door).

The locations is spectacular, the beach is a "small stone", not sandy one, but is really beautiful. The entire complex is fantastic but is missing of many small and big details.
The breakfast was definitely below our expectations, same thing for the lunch and dinner buffet. Considering the hotel rate and the price for the "All inclusive" service, everything needs to be improved. Most of the staff in charge of bar areas is pretty rude and never smiles...never!! Especially the one at the front beach bar. The housekeeping service is also very basic. The first day we found a small plastic cup on the floor and left it there waiting for the staff to clean it up. Well..... we left Kos after 7 days and believe it or not...the small plastic cup (silver color) was still there in the corner. It's a shame! Again... the resort is spectacular but needs more and more attention.

Rooms were great, staff were great. Pool was amazing. Hotel was beautiful.
We didn’t like that the hotel wasn’t close to anywhere which meant you couldn’t go out unless hired transportation. The food was at funny times, & the alcohol was bog standard. Felt for a 5 star hotel there should have been entertainment every night. Also on the bottom floor we had an ant problem.

Lovely staff, clean, private pool, location was good for going into Kos for dinner
All inclusive food was average made worse by the queuing system due to covid with most guests not adhering to social distancing. The Al-a-cart meal was awful and only made better by good staff. No atmosphere past about 9pm. Good luck finding a sunbed if you don't have a private pool!

Brilliant hotel . The food for an all inclusive was exceptional. Staff fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Would 100% recommend.

Staff were lovely, resort very well kept and presented. Food was fab and the views were beautiful. Easy to hop on a bus and go into town. The gym was also very well equipped.
WiFi was a bit hit and miss if you weren't in the lobby and the bed was a little soft (but that's being picky and is a personal preference).
