The room was well located and had nice furnishings but failed to meet cleanliness expectations.

The room itself was unacceptable. Black mold in the bathroom. The hole in the wall allowed bugs to crawl out at night and enter our bags and bed. The host was slow to engage but did eventually send a women with a can of raid. There was other serious sanitary issues that could have been avoided by some better housekeeping like cleaning the toilet plunger and brush which had feces on them causing a horrible smell throughout the bathroom.

Will go again will never use Quin as my host

Location and resort is great

Host would not answer phone. I Was supposed to check in at 4. Host would not answer phone or reply. Did not get in touch with host until 630pm. I sat in my car for over two hours trying to get access to my unit. Terrible customer service from the host.

Filty, health hazard, disgusting place that steal your money. DO NOT EVER STAY!

This place was disgusting - it wasn't even cleaned prior to our arrival. Everything was sticky, greasy hand prints everywhere, hair in the tub and sink, splatter of what looked like blood on the wall and floor, crumbs everywhere, there was no wifi (even though it was included) and the TV didn't work, I can go on and on. It was filthy and revolting and we left hours after arrival because it was a health hazard. We arrived late because of our flight delay (2am) and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Again, we left hours later and went to a hotel and the owner refused our refund - they even kept the $150 deposit that you are supposed to get back after you leave! This is unbelievable! We are in the process of contacting the BBB - this was a nightmare experience and ruined what was supposed to be our first vacation in a decade AND we didn't even get a refund for an 8 day stay! DO NOT STAY HERE - EVER!

Smelly Beach and room not really clean

Pool is lovely overlooking the water, and we saw a manatee. Weight room had enough to make a workout worthwhile.

Beach smelled HORRIBLE. Tried to lay on the beach but felt I was getting sick due to the overwhelming smell. Had issues getting in due to the process of having to give credit card info in an email. Because this process did not work, I had to send photo of my ID and credit card via text which seemed suspicious. This took much back and forth with the host. Coffee machine had rust. Seemed like not even a basic cleaning had taken place. 2 plates, 2 mismatched glasses and an old bottle of oil and coffee was in cupboard from who knows how long ago.

Very good

We always love staying in Little Harbor. The room was comfortable and clean. Location and amenities are why we keep coming back to the area.

The other times we’ve stayed in other rooms at the same location we have had paper towels and dish clothes in the kitchen. This was good when prepping food to take on the boat or to the beach, or making coffee. This one did not. Only had our bathroom towels. Not a big deal but we we would have packed some if we knew.

Pool was nice..balcony and views Location.

Private beach was unswimmable with seaweed and shark and stingrays sightings daily. Sunset and Hooks restaurant bars were almost unaffordable. Couldn't find where or info on shuffleboard and cornhole equipment.Unusual odor from apartments hallway.

Stressful,sad,mental draining,moving to 3 not habitable,unhealthy rooms

Very dissatisfied,room 611 towels on the bathroom floor,dirty dishes,food on refrigerator,beds messing,cigarettes buds on 2 cups on balcony…I call management & they moved my to 511 were toilette & bath tube clog it them moved me to 505 very unhealthy not habitable smell like mold & bathroom roof full Of mold,disgusting

Been in 3 rooms that are nasty,for them to fix it & have them habitable for future rent,I write a text to the manager that I want my money back & they took the complaint on a good manner,hopefully I get my $136 for the rent & $150 deposit I will post photos of room 611,clog toilette 511 & bathroom roof mold 505 the outside phot it is the dirty kitchen

I would definitely recommend this property and would for sure stay here again.

I liked the peacefulness of the property in general. Not "spring-break crazy"

I didn't like that we had to launder our own towels and didn't have access to more toiletries.

Relaxing affordable getaway

Nice location, peaceful atmosphere, quaint rooms.

Lack of management direction, although Quinn was there for us when needed. One example requiring mgmt is of the two pools, one should be designated "quiet pool" preferably the smaller pool of the two. Kids playing and babies crying at both locations doesn't make sense. More seating and in the shaded areas near the water are definitely needed. Also, it would be real nice if breakfast or even coffee was available within walking distance. Outside the facilities dining is of poor quality.

our unit was not an apartment as advertised. And not very clean. no cleaning supplies there. Floor very dirty bathroom had mold and broken faucet here we had to wash dishes. Not acceptable. I woke up with bug bites every morning. Dermatologist said they were from bed bugs!

Incredibly stupid question there was no breakfast. What facility are you talking about?

The check-in process was a horror show. You kept sending messages demanding a response, but when I responded, apparently did not get the response or read the response. The unit was old and tired and not clean. It smelled heavily of cigar or cigarette smoke. Every morning at 7 o’clock some group of vehicles, lawnmowers, trash, people, maintenance people we’re out front, making a lot of noise.

Studio apartment was spacious, well laid out. Beds were fine. It was close to the pool.

We couldn't have a decent shower. The water flow was bad , barely coming out. The shower curtain was dirty and moldy .

We made it work

It was a little confusing getting to our unit. Too much texting and communication not easy. Got in room and it didn't have a sitting area, a kitcken table and chairs, a safe, a heated pool. The bed were in a king size mattress cover which made a bad noise when ever you moved in the bed. The freezer has never been thawed. The desk top was peeling and very much not user friendly. No coffee pot in room. Quinn fixed things as we communicated with her in texts. Things should of been done before we arrived. The pools heater were not working and pool company man only, knew they weren't scheduled to fix

Nobody explained how to get into gym area, where garbage went, where ice machine is, etc etc. A booklet in room would be helpful for guest to navigate property.

WOULD NOT STAY HERE!

location was quite and peaceful. Our neighbors were very friendly!

Our room was not very clean and the shower was broken for 2 days! They attempted to fix it twice with NO success. Of course this had fallen on a weekend, in my opinion they didn't want to pay for a plumber with high service call fees to fix it on the weekend! We had to pack up and move to another hotel. I DID NOT receive my security deposit back of $150 and my refund that she promised of $274. Now I'm fighting for my money! Nice way to return from a vacation and fight for what it rightful due to you!

Location was fantastic!

Floor was sticky and whole place smells of urine. Bed was very uncomfortable. A contractor tried to open the door while I was in bed. He had the code to the door and the only reason he didn't get in was that I had the chain on the door. Very scary. I included a pic of a towel that I wiped the floor with. Yep, it was filthy!

we enjoyed our trip very much

we loved our balcony in one apartment and made use of the kitchen in the other apt we were close to all amenities and as a couple of our party had problems walking it was ideal for our family we made good use of the pool and both restaurants we had a lovely New Year’s Eve at the beach bar

Charged my credit card immediately then at last minute told me the unit was not available due to repairs ( pic of broken handle on faucet) and I couldn’t find another in time . would not give me money back immediately. operated like a scam Never trying them again Prior stays require too much time to get back security deposit
