Pleasant, quiet stay.

We were on the backside so street noise was minimal. Easy access to town, Arches National Park and Canyon lands National Park. Breakfast was a little limited but it sufficed. Ample coffee available in the lobby.

No microwave in the room.

Good choice to stay in Moab.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Building is a bit dated.

Was alright for the price but wouldn’t pay any higher for it.

Comfortable enough for the price. My lady really enjoyed the deep bathtub. And great proximity to the parks and downtown

Doors wouldn’t lock unless you push on them to hear it click. The free breakfast wasn’t open any of the 3 days we were there

Terrible room with bed bugs and mold. Refused to give money back.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast with bagels, fruit, waffles, doughnuts, cereal, toast, muffins and yogurt. It was close to arches national park.

Cheap and convenient place to sleep for a night

Cheap room to sleep while passing thru Moab

Extremely loud bathroom fan that came on with the light No way to turn off if you had light on Pillows like sacks of chunky foam

Don't ruin your vacation in Moab Gateway Disaster

Breakfast

Disaster. Don't ruin your vacation in that hotel. We chose this hotel only because of the pool that is on offer. The hotel shows beautiful pictures of the pool. In fact, for more than a year the pool has been closed and in a terrible condition. The staff can't even say good morning to their guests in the morning. This hotel should be shut down by the relevant services and the health department

Not friendly. Made me feel like I was a bother He couldn’t wait to get back into the back room as it was clear I was disturbing him. One word answers to questions. Very little eye contact. Breakfast was mediocre. And in a cramped little room

Rooms smelt like cigarettes, beds are clearly decades old, the room is filthy and likely has bed bugs.

People should be aware there is no elevator

Not good.

The breakfast was terrible. Donuts were the cheapest variety, hard and stale. The waffle machines were half working. No water in the breakfast area.

Over-priced & Outdated

The location was convenient to downtown without actually being downtown with all of the traffic and noise.

Staff were not very social. It is an aged building with aged decor. The mirror in the bathroom was not the original, and they didn't even bother to fix the wall where the old one was. Bedlamps have a port for a USB charger, but the pieces were busted out, so they were not usable. The exterior side door did not latch at all - so there was minimal security. Definitely a 2 star motel, but they price gouge and charged like it was a 5 star!

Nothing really.

The paint on the tub was peeling off, the drywall on the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the beds were squeaky and hard, the other guest were extremely loud through the paper thin walls, you could hear the highway and everything going on outside through the old thin window. Would never go back.

great location, very affordable. breakfast was fantastic.

the smell in our room was pretty bad. the adjoining room was fine.
