These luxury villas of type Tapuit all have a characteristic thatched roof and are available in a 6-person (NL-2204-40) or an 8-person (NL-2204-41) version. The spaciously decorated interior and the bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor make these houses very suitable for families, for example families with a "three generation set-up". Of course, you will have all the modern-day conveniences such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, and free WiFi. There are two parking spaces reserved for you on the large lots, and the private garden/covered terrace has comfortable garden furniture. Very nice house, bed matrass too cheap quality
The house is beautiful and we liked the location. It's bike distance to the beach (we rented a bike just across the street). Garden needs a lounger chair. The bed matrasses are cheap quality and that is a really something you would not expect from a house in this price range. So our strong advice to the landlord is to replace the matrasses. Pond maintenance, with an excavator, (4 meters from our bed) was around 06:45 AM and garden maintenance around 08:30 AM. Something we will never understand. People have a holiday so why not do it after 10:00 AM? We had a very good reception and all information is very well prepared.

Mooie ruime vakantie villa in een rustige omgeving. Praktisch en modern ingericht, met een fijne grote tuin. In tien minuten loop je naar het strand en ook Noordwijkerhout en Noorwijk zijn in een paar minuten te bereiken (auto). Voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. Zeker een aanrader!

Tolle Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft war für uns (8 Personen) optimal. Es war alles sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und eine große Terrasse.
Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Eine schöne gepflegt Anlage , das Haus hat alles was man braucht . Etwas abseits - Auto oder Fahrrad wird gebraucht , das ist aber egal .
Die untere Etage nett eingerichtet - oben das Bad gut , die Räume eher Jugendherbergszimmer.
Was mich sehr stört - Servicekosten ? Man muss zb die Betten selbst abziehen und noch nach unten vor die Türe bringen, den Müll wegbringen , der Boden soll sauber hinterlassen werden
Und dafür zahle ich meiner Meinung nach viel zu hohe Servicekosten, wofür ???

Wij geven er de voorkeur aan te kiezen voor al of geen bedlinnen en dus al af geen servicekosten. Het huisje was niet echt goed schoon: tips hebben we doorgegeven aan de receptie.' Het is ook handiger om gebruik van sauna en openhaard inclusief de huurprijs te rekenen, want elke keer extra kosten voor faciliteiten irriteert. Het huisje is mooi gelegen. De stilte en rust is heerlijk en we genieten van de omgeving.

Prima huis, mooi gelegen, prima verblijf voor groep vrienden. Receptie kan vriendelijker, waren er iets te vroeg maar mochten nog niet in het huis, moesten wachten.

Dat waren dan ook meteen de pluspunten.Wat minpuntjes: klepperende deuren als de ramen openstaan (die je uit je slaap klepperen), trapleuning waar je je handen aan open haalt, douche loopt af in de verkeerde richting, er was een gammele eetkamerstoel, een afgebroken lampenkapje, een beschadigde tuintafel. Maar het grootste minpunt is de in- en uitchecktijd. Om 16.00 uur inchecken, om 10.30 uur uitchecken is voor een woning van deze prijsklasse echt zwak. Want als je 3 dagen boekt ben je nog geen 2 dagen in de woning. Aan de inchecktijd viel ook niet te tornen. Voor extra geld kun je nog wel de uitchecktijd verlengen, maar wat ons betreft had het gewoon in de prijs moeten zitten. Dus de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat ons betreft niet in balans.

De aankomst was zakelijk. Niet hartelijk en niet gastvrij. De accommodatie zag er op het eerste oog mooi en schoon uit, maar kende toch de nodige minpunten. De omgeving, vlakbij de duinen, is mooi.

Leere Versprechungen und versteckte Mehrkosten
Die Bilder im Internet zeigen eine sehr geschmackvolle, gepflegte Einrichtung. Unser Haus war nicht so schön möbliert, was enttäuschend, aber nicht das Problem war. Geärgert hat uns, dass z.B. die Ränder der Kunstlederstühle wie angenagt wirkten, die Sitzflächen beschädigt waren und ein Stuhl, der offenbar ganz kaputt gegangen war, durch einen Holzstuhl, der von der Höhe und Optik her einfach nicht passte, ersetzt worden war. Küchengeräte lagen defekt in den Schubladen. Das Haus macht auf diese Weise einen ungepflegten Eindruck, den wir bei der Höhe des Mietpreises nicht erwartet haben. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausgestattet, hat aber für diese Personenzahl nicht genügend Sitzplätze im Wohnbereich.
Die im Bad vorhandene Sauna muss pro Anwendung extra bezahlt werden . Gleiches gilt für den vorhandenen Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer, dessen Benutzung noch teurer ist. Kinderstühlchen haben eine Tagesmiete. Nach 3 Tagen hat man den Preis eines Ikeahochstuhls drin. Kinderbettchen haben ebenfalls eine Tagesmiete. Steckdosen haben keine Kindersicherung. Eine Seite des Grundstücks ist durch einen kleinen Wasserkanal gesäumt, ungesichert, für kleine Kinder gefährlich.
Bei Ankunft haben wir erst einmal die Böden der Schlafzimmer gereinigt, die Silberfische in einem der Schlafzimmer waren ekelig.
Positiv: Die Lage des Parkes ist sehr gut! Es sind schon ein paar hundert Meter bis zum Strand, aber der Weg führt durch eine wunderschöne Dünenlandschaft! Der angrenzende Strand ist nicht so voll wie in Nordwijk-Stadt oder auch Katwijk, das Strandrestaurant nicht so schick, aber günstiger als in Nordwijk und mit netten MitarbeiterInnen ausgestattet. An diesem Strandabschnitt sind Hunde erlaubt.
Die Agentur, die das Haus vermittelt, ist Belvilla aus der Schweiz! Wir wollten unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund von Corona stornieren, erhielten aber immer nur die automatische Antwort, dass die Mitarbeiter auf Grund der besonderen Situation beschäftigt seien. Telefonisch war die Agentur zu keinem Zeitpunkt erreichbar, selbst für Fewo direkt nicht! Unsere Stornierung wurde schlicht ignoriert und der Restbetrag der Mietsumme trotz fristgerechter Stornierung einfach abgebucht! So sind wir trotz Coronabedenken gefahren. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und sind glücklicherweise auch gesund zurück gekehrt.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben wir als sehr freundlich und engagiert erlebt!

Fantastisch mooi ingericht huis op een geweldige locatie. Tuin is prachtig en het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Receptie was goed bereikbaar met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers die een klein probleempje gelijk hebben opgelost. Voor wandelaars is Noordwijk prima te lopen , anders met de fiets goed bereikbaar. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Wir wollten eine Unterkunft in Strandnähe - daher haben wir uns für dieses Objekt entschieden. Dass man dann mehr als 20 Minuten zu Fuß dorthin benötigt ist der Beschreibung nicht entnehmbar. Darüber hinaus sollte eine Unterkunft in dieser Kategorie eine Sauna etc. haben. Der Garten war sehr klein und nicht aktiv nutzbar. (z.B. zum Federball- oder Fussballspielen)

Unfreundlicher Herr an der Rezeption. Beschwerden werden nur genervt zur Kenntnis genommen. Reparatur am Staubsauger dann selber vorgenommen. Düse war verstopft und der Staubsauger hat beim Saugen gestunken.... Lt. Info vom genervten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat dieser den Staubsauger "angeblich" vorher selber repariert. Das war NICHT der Fall. Umgebung schön. Allerdings nie Haus Nr. 202 . Direkt an der Einfahrt zur Ferienanlage, Müllanlage direkt gegenüber dem Haus. Abholung früh morgens ist schon etwas nervig. Die Unterkunft war defintiv nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Für 95 Euro eine Unverschämtheit. Den Boden haben wir 2 mal bei Ankunft selber geputzt. Wasser war schwarz!!!! Fenster zur Terasse noch vom Vorgänger verschmiert. In der Bettwäsche befinden sich noch Haare. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ist uns aufgefallen, das die Putzfrau in anderen Häuser max. 45 min. verbringt. Wie in der kurzen Zeit eine vernüftige Reinigung erfolgen soll, ist uns allerdings schleierhaft. Haus ist offiziell für 8 Personen.Definitiv kein STAURAUM für 8 Personen. Weder in der Küche noch für die Kleidung. Es gibt EINEN 1 Meter Schrank und in einem anderen Zimmer noch einen 50 cm Schrank. Dazu noch 2 Kommoden. Die Lampen in den Zimmern sind fast alle locker. Defekter Stuhl im Wohnzimmer. Sofa durchgesessen, Flecken an den Wänden, Gästeklo riecht stark nach Urin... Wir haben ca. 3000 Euro bezahlt!! Für das gebotene eine Unverschämtheit! Wir sind früher abgereist!! NIE WIEDER! Die Umgebung allerdings war schön! Bewertung über Google mit Fotos erfolgt noch!
