Villa Famiglia is situated 3 km from the center of the town of Rogoznica and only 50m from the beach. Luxury Villa Famiglia is a modern and new Villa with a swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and nearby islands. Villa is the perfect place for family holidays because of many beautiful pebble beaches and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature and crystal clear sea. The town of Rogoznica is within walking distance, which center lies on the peninsula that is the former island of Koper, connected to the mainland by an artificial mound in the second half of the nineteenth century. In the town of Rogoznica, you can visit the church of St. Nicholas, the church of St.John of Trogir, Our Lady of the Chapel, and the remains of the fortifications built by the French, at the top of the town. Of natural phenomena, you can visit a salt lake called „ Dragon`s Eye“.
The main feature of this Villa is a private swimming pool with a sundeck with beach chairs and sun umbrellas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and picturesque town of Rogoznica while you drinking some refreshing drink. Villa Famiglia can accommodate up to 10people in 5 bedrooms. Villa Famiglia consists of 2 floors, agarage and free parking space.
On the first floor, you can find akitchen, a living room, three bedrooms, one bedroom has twin beds, and there is also one private bathroom and one en-suite bathroom. The large sliding door of the living room connects it to the large south balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
On the secondfloor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a lovely colored living room with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Superb villa and great hosts!

Superb villa and great hosts!

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely villa. We enjoyed the pool which was perfect as well as swimming in the sea just 50metres away. The owners were very attentive and extremely generous and hospitable. The booking agents kept in touch throughout the process and were always very prompt to reply to our enquiries.

Wonderful villa

I would strongly recommend the house for a larger group. We stayed there for two weeks and had 10 people in total, spanning grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. All ages were comfortable and enjoyed the property. The house is also conveniently located a short walking distance to two larger beach areas. The location is perfect for trips to Krka, Trogir, Split, Sibenik, etc… The kitchen is very well stocked. excellent host.

Beautiful villa, fantastic location, all the amenities we could wish for! Two families lived very comfortably here! We all had our own space due to the size. Wonderful stay, kind and helpful host who gives quick responses before and during stay / good trip advise. Amazing pool and nice view!

We were a young group of 12 people and spent 14 days in the villa. The villa is exactly as described, we had plenty of space and there was everything you need. The pool and terrace were great! The view was fantastic! Every morning after getting up, we first went to the balcony to enjoy the brilliant view. At the accommodation there was nothing to complain about! It was really top! We highly recommend this property, it was a great holiday!

Beautiful house

We enjoyed a relaxing and perfect week in this exceptional house. Upon arrival we where greeted by our host and welcomed in a very clean house. The pool, short distance to the beach and the number to the local taxi was more than enough to keep us occupied the whole week. The house is spacious and comfortable. For a relaxing family holiday I will warmly recommend this house.
