This Victorian terraced cottage in Hawes sleeps five people in two bedrooms.
Rockville is a Victorian terraced townhouse in the market town of Hawes. This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one family room with a double and single bed. There's also a bathroom available, and on the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's garage parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Hawes has something for everyone with a number of shops and pubs, as well as the Wensleydale Creamery and the Dales Countryside Museum. Rockville is a lovely base for your Yorkshire Dales getaway.
Please note that there will be scaffolding and roof maintenance being done in January and February of 2022. The internals of the property will be up to usual standard. Roof maintenance/scaffolding Jan/Feb 22, weekdays only 9am-4pm. Pricing has been adjusted accordingly to reflect this. Inside property will be up to usual standard.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent (electric car charging not included in the rent). Garage parking for 1 car and 1 parking space on patio. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and Hawes Club and restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Patio not available as seating area when used for parking.

excellent location. Just beware if you book through VRBO that the accommodation does not sleep 5 with one bedroom containing 2 beds as suggested in the listing. It sleeps only 4 in 2 double beds. This did cause some inconvenience
