Hotel has potential but more problems than it was worth.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the location was convenient.

Cell phone reception was terrible (AT&T). Not the hotel's fault at all. However, issues with check-in, understaffed front desk and almost no hot water will have me staying elsewhere in the future. Despite having paid for my stay weeks in advance, they did not have my reservation through Booking.com when I arrived for check in. Rather than offering any assistance, they claimed this happens all the time and pointed me back to Booking.com to resolve. Booking.com worked to fix the issue but needed to contact the property to resolve. The numbers that Booking.com has to communicate with the property forward to the GM who doesn't work on weekends and wouldn't return voice messages. He's also the only one who has access to the emails and reservation system for Booking.com. I had to work out a cancellation through Booking.com and then book another room with the hotel directly which meant I was out double the cost of the room until they could process a refund which required communication from the GM. After multiple emails, phone messages and messages through the messenger system, crickets from the GM. Luckily, Booking.com's customer service is top notch. They refunded the charges and credited me the difference that I had to pay to book a room directly with the hotel.

It was okay. Price of the room was too much for this time of year.

Didn't do breakfast there. Location is excellent.

No clock or alarm in the room. No soap or lotion to use. Room had parking lot lights shining in the whole time. Lake was green and smelled. Water was not clear and pretty to look at.

super friendly staff! LaToya, and the gentlemen who helped me charge stuff to my room! they were AMAZING

it was nice for my son and I. location in accordance to where we needed to be was eh but worky it.

uhh the shower only was hot when on a certain setting. other than that was ok.

Great location and the hotel was very nice and clean. I will definitely use this hotel next time.

When I arrived the staff was very accommodating and helped us check in even though we arrived a little early before our check out time

my stay was very quiet and nice. staff very friendly

very clean, comfortable

I did notice fixable damage in room , but it wasn’t repaired. the hot tub was cold and when asked about it, was told and order could be put in the not likely that it would get fixed soon.

Convenient, Comfortable, Relaxing, Beautiful Property. Comfortable Bed!! OMG!! Loved the Bed!!! A huge Suite.... Loved the shower and Everything about the Suite!!

The lake smell. Especially late at night to Early Morning hours!! OMG!! It was so suffocating..... We paid extra for a lake view!!!OMG!! Wouldn't recommend!!! The smell was disgusting...... Omg!! sewage smell.. 🤢

it was decent, but not exceptional. I had to go to the lobby every day to get clean towels and anything else I needed. I

I liked the pool and hot tub area. it was nice there was a little lake to walk around. the lobby was nice. I thought the breakfast was very good. the staff that worked the breakfast buffet were very nice and did a great job!

I didn’t like how dim the rooms were and that our room overlooked a parking lot. it was kinda noisy at night. we never got our room cleaned in our 5 day stay. I was told to put out the Do not Disturb sign if I wanted the room clean, but there wasn’t a sign in our room. it was just confusing

Overall I had a good stay I was impressed by how it had a kitchen and 4 place table to eat at the Ba

Very spacious two TVs ground floor able to open the window all the way for air lots of USB connections and 110 volt ports had a kitchen like in a regular studio appartment actually could've be an appartment after its life as a hotel room

I was told that the room would be serviced on The third of my 5 day stay and it wasn't but no big deal. HCAC was a little loud. The showers mix valve was either not adjustable or really slow to adjust the temperature

This is a great hotel. Huge spacious rooms. A safe and nice area. Close to restaurants shops and easy to get too. Good breakfast, pool, and weight room. One of the best Residence Inn's I have stayed in.

Very comfortable

It was clean, had great bed linens and a very nice bathroom! Super friendly staff, cute pool, beautiful grounds.

Breakfast selection was awful on weekend dates. Not even fresh fruit … the bar is also closed on weekends. They do not provide house keeping during your stay.
