Nothing was there to be liked.

No staff no people. The property was left kind of abandoned. Had to go on terrace searching for staff and one person sottkng on terrace. So we decided not to stay there and booked another hotel.

Amazing place to stay in Bhimtal

Very customer oriented services, especially Kamal, who always wants to provide what customers are looking for. We always got freshly prepared food as per our taste. We also got assistance to plan our daily travel with kids.

No non-vegetarian food cooked in the hotel but they arranged for us from out.

Pleasant with a few hiccups.

The clean rooms, the view from the balcony, the courteous staff and the food.

The approach road was not well lit, not enough signages to locate the property. The current one has a black background which makes it difficult to spot at night. The property is not wheelchair accessible, too many steps.

Not compatible with its Price.

View from Hotel is Amazing. Staff were trying to do anything to make our trip memorable but many things were not up to the mark.

1- Geyser is not working properly, even two or three people can't get enough hot water to take a bath. 2- few fittings in the washroom were not working properly. (Not fixed) 3- Rooms are not sound proof, you will listen to talks and other disturbing things all night while sleeping. 4- You will get Winds inside from the bottom of Doors as doors are not completely fixed. 5- if you order some food, they will deliver and within a few minutes even without your call or message they will ring the bell to collect utensils. 6- No Lifts are there, if you have a Child or old age person, you need to think twice. 7- Prices of Hotel are not compatible with the Property you will get. It's Expensive. 8- Food is ordinary but prices are utterly expensive. Paneer Momos 8 Pcs (400 + Taxes). Simple cup of tea 75 + taxes. 9- They have a very small space of restaurants. If three or four families come for breakfast together unfortunately, nobody will get anything to eat. Staff is friendly and supportive but they need to fix things before charging 10K for a day obviously.

Not happy will not recommend to anyone

Property is not that great…seems online fake comments are source of their business Gentleman (Deepak Rawat) who sits in Delhi reservation office full of arrogance and zero warmth being hotelier, wherein it’s not in sync with hotel infra/quality

a)Room walls are chipped b)DG set placed outside the hotel, guests needs to inhale fumes all the time in room c)Termite all over, doors are gone e)Cob webs can be seen in room f) Inappropriate lighting in stair case lead to incident anytime g) Most importantly safety issue, fire extinguishers in hotel are expire, don’t how do they work h) Layer of mud can be seen all over the hotel

Location is good with an amazing view of Bhimtal lake. Hospitality of the entire staff was amazing. They were always ready to serve you with a smile. The apartment was very spacious and neat.

Have a proper sign board to remove the last mile confusion

Excellent location with big sized rooms

Beautiful location with excellent view. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful manager. The food, although only veg, tasted great and all the facilities and service received were exceptional.

The entrance to the property was strange, with no proper signs to show that this is the entrance to the hotel. There is a beehive on the staircase while approaching the hotel lobby and rooms, which is quite disturbing. There was no reception or anyway to understand that this is the hotel. The place seemed a bit over-priced considering the aspects it needed to change. There are no lifts and no intercom to contact reception, although the manager gave his personal number to contact, and he responded whenever called.

Peace and serenity

The property was on a hill and gave a breathtaking view of the entire Bhimtal lake. The sun rise was magical. There was pin drop silence, no noise of vehicles and people chatting on the streets. It is the perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Superb

The property is located at a prime spot, yet very scenic and quiet with a lovely view of the lake. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can also order very nice food from the in-house kitchen. There’s parking available in the same premises. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. No issue with WiFi or hot water. The staff was super especially the manager Sandeep and Jeevan, who helped out with a lot of things and was in the kitchen as well. Thank you.

Nothing not to like. If I had to highlight anything at all it would be lack of a lift. While we had no issue at all, you would want to consider this if you are travelling with the elderly or folks who would require a lift. But the manager Sandeep did mention that renovation will start soon and a lift will be installed. No complaints. Super place.
