Location excellent, 2 minutes from/to ferry. Quiet area. Off road parking, just. Secluded, quiet garden. Fast WiFi. Good shower. Two toilets.
Freeview TV reception poor, could do with ariel/cable upgrade. Toilet seat in bathroom needs securing, couldn't fix it without buying fittings myself.

Chosen purely for location and suited our needs for a mini break as we like to do our own thing. Kitchen well stocked with crockery/cutlery/pans etc. Location very quiet only noticed light traffic in the mornings from the twin front bedroom.
Upon entry cottage smelt and continued to smell musty downstairs, did open windows when at home but couldn't leave them open when out. Upstairs light, fresh and airy in contrast. Used one of the single beds and linen had a slight musty smell so assumed it hadn't been used for a while. Both double and single beds very comfortable. Bathroom access is via double room. Shower pressure good but as its over the bath could do with an hand rail for those less able. Garden very overgrown and needs attention but didn't really bother us as there was space to sit outside and eat.
Plumber turned up one morning unannounced to sort out heating (apparently reported by a previous tenant and he had been given the job). Fortunately we were up and about but it would have been appreciated if agency could have let us know to expect him or to know that he would turn up if we had been out.

The garden is beautiful and enclosed for the dog with a Light for the evening. Very characterful property with amazingly good access to Yarmouth
Stairs are very steep incase you have someone that might struggle on the stairs.

Lovely garden, very comfortable bed, location excellent, just a very brief stroll from the pier. The cottage had everything we needed.
We appreciate COVID-19 has created problems for everyone but an inflexible check-in time of 5pm and check-out time of 9pm meant that a three night stay felt slightly abbreviated and having to head off first thing on the Monday rather negated the effect of the holiday. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Quirky cottage lovely garden. The decor matches the age of the cottage but has all modern facilities
The stairs were difficult coming out of bedrooms. Maybe some extra hand grips would help. This is a very small point

Fantastic cozy cottage located in a lovely town, with excellent shopping facilities and the harbour only a few minutes walk away. We had booked it as a dog-friendly cottage and the garden would have been fine for them. But we didn't actually take them with us in the end.
The only thing we would suggest is that someone could check on the rubbish/recycling that had been left to accumulate at the back
