Mirrabella is a stunning Federation style home impeccably decorated in an ideal location close to Blackheath Village
As you enter the home there is a formal lounge with fireplace, ceiling roses and beautiful leadlight windows comfortable seating in a stylishly decorated room featuring a piano
A formal dining room with a chandelier, large feature mirror, french doors opening onto the veranda
The kitchen is a chef's delight with large gas stove and Smeg Appliances, including a blender and mixer.

The 100-year-old timber bench tops are a stunning feature of the custom made kitchen, delight your friends and family with a home cooked gourmet meal
A casual breakfast or lunch can be enjoyed on stools at the island bench or outside at one of the outdoor settings
Comfortable second lounge area with slow combustion wood fire, on a rainy day or if you just feel like staying in there is a selection of games and jigsaw puzzles

Lovely house - lots of space, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very close to everything in Blackheath village. Communication with the host was good. Only one small note of caution: it’s only a couple of blocks back from the highway so you can hear trucks (& trains) a bit at night. This did not stop me sleeping but might be an issue if you’re noise-sensitive. I would definitely return.

Loved our 2night stay at Mirabella in Blackheath. This lovely old cottage has all the mod cons & special touches for a really warm & comfortable winter getaway. It is much more spacious than photos indicate. Beautifully styled and just a short walk to the village & an easy drive to spectacular Blue Mountains lookouts & trails. Highly recommend!

We had to postpone and change the date so many times for our little getaway to the Blue Mountains but Helen made it so easy and was always so accommodating. We had a lovely basket of goodies on our arrival and the cottage is perfect.

Superb place to stay

This is just such a lovely, peaceful place to stay. An incredibly beautiful traditional "Mountains" home, very well furnished and exceptionally well equipped. Nothing seems to have been forgotten. The pictures do not do this place justice. Owner was very helpful, and very generous with a welcome pack. The place made the fact that it rained while we were there enjoyable, it was great to be able to relax and read. So much space to spread out in, and a wonderful place to write if you need inspiration. Handy to shops but not so close to be noisy or inundated with people. Highly recommend this place.

Went away for the weekend for our friends 60th birthday. We were very surprised how lovely the house is. It has everything for a very pleasant stay, including a breakfast basket and plenty of coffee pods. The weekend we were there was the coldest so far this winter, but you never knew it due to the central heating and the magnificent fire. Pleanty to do in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mirrabella, it exceeded all our expectations. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The basket of goodies upon arrival was well received. The location to the town centre was great, it allowed us a leisurely walk there and back. Only downside, and this could NOT be controlled by Helen, night roadworks were being performed and they affected our sleep.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Mirabella. The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. A nice welcome basket with breakfast goodies was supplied, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Good quality linen is also supplied. The house is a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Blackheath. Helen was always prompt replying to emails and answering any questions. We hope to return for a winter weekend.

A comfortable house that is exceptionally decorated with all of the necessities of home. Linen of good quality, welcoming basket generous with under floor heating that was well utilised. Close to all of the tourist attractions and situated in a quiet street. Loved it.
