This house is well-maintained, clean, and updated. The second-story deck is perfect for eating meals outside or playing cards and hanging out. The yard is large and we had plenty of room to play outside. The neighborhood that this house is located in is nice and close to several beaches and activities. Some of the adults in our group were even able to ride their bikes to the beach. The layout of the house was nice in that there were bedrooms downstairs and up and televisions downstairs and up. So, as the kids went to bed, the grownups stayed upstairs. We used the grill a few times during the week. The kitchen is well-equipped. The upstairs shower is luxurious! I really can't say anything bad about this vacation rental. Even the rate was fair. We enjoyed our Rhode Island vacation.

We enjoyed our week at this well maintained, very clean home with lots of room! Downstairs was great for our teens and their friends. Table in the three season porch was perfect for game and card nights. Quiet and private area about 5 minutes from the beach. Private beach was great and not crowded during the week. The association has people working the private parking lot so we never even had to use our keys. The only thing I would recommend is to have more spices on hand for cooking and we missed having an enclosed outdoor shower. Will certainly look to rent again should we go back to RI.

We stayed at this home during the first full week of July. It was our first time staying here and we have already booked for next summer. The pictures simply do not do the home justice. The rooms, especially the bedrooms, are quite large and comfortable. The owners have made a number of upgrades/renovations which just add to how comfortable the home is. The upstairs deck was perfect and private to eat on and in the evening to watch the fireflies. The large "family room" downstairs is perfect for children to watch a movie, etc, while the adults can be upstairs playing cards etc. The home is a short {1-2 miles} away from the private beach and certainly not far at all from other local beaches. Given the number of bedrooms and the space in the home it is perfect for large families.

The house and property was more than we expected - It was beautiful and clean with all the comforts of home. Plenty of space to in this incredible home for a large group of people. The location was perfect, to enjoy all the activities that Rhode Island has to offer. High recommended and looking forward to returning.

First time back to RI in a few years and we made a great choice with this property on Mautucket Rd. House was very clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are a great size and fit a bunch of people (10 comfortably) and the air conditioners in each room work really well keeping the whole house as cool as you need it. The yard is a good size, the deck is huge and the property offers a good bit of privacy in a very quiet neighborhood. Owners did a great job coordinating all the administrative details, instructions, and keys.
The house includes a pass to a private beach and parking for one vehicle for as many people as you can get in the car. The private beach can't be more than 2 miles from the house and it's really level so bikes are a great alternative for those not in the vehicle. Otherwise several public beaches are close.
The beach key gives you access at any time even after the attendants lock up so you can come and go as you please. The beach itself was perfect with plenty of soft sand and no rocks. All in all we had a great week away and would recommend it to anyone.

This was our first time renting this property, and we loved it!
There was more than enough room for all 7 of us (2 adults and 5 children), and the layout was perfect. We chose to designate the downstairs living space as the "kidzone", while the adults stayed predominantly upstairs. We loved the fully equipped, large kitchen, and the upstairs deck was beautiful and well maintained. We spent most of our time during the day on the beach which is only a few miles away. Although this house shares a driveway with another home, the house is tucked away on a great yard and is fairly private. The owners have done a great job to keep the home well supplied, updated and clean. We had a fabulous vacation here and hope to return next year.

This was our fourth summer at this beautiful and private beach house. It is comfortable, spacious, clean and well maintained. The owners make improvements to their home each year. This year they installed new air conditioning wall units which really kept the house cool. They also installed a beautiful new shower with glass doors and a wonderful shower head in the upstairs bathroom. Last year they installed new tile flooring on the lower level. The owners are very nice and we like that they do something each year to keep their home well maintained and beautiful. We had a great vacation and we really enjoy the large deck and the private beach!!

The house has plenty of room for everyone to gather or to do their own thing. The sports people, the NCIS people, the craft people and the card people all had plenty of room to hang out separately when they wanted and to ALL gather together. There is no shortage of space. The kitchen is well appointed and roomy; several people cooked together without tripping over each other. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The deck is huge with plenty of seating.
Most importantly... the beach! The beach associated with this house is beautiful and sandy it is not rocky. My family consists of three men and five women and everyone liked it!

Our two families have rented this wonderful house for the past 8 years. We usually rent for the first week of August and when we leave, we already look forward to our return next year! This house is clean, spacious and well maintained. Each year's arrival brings new additions and upgrades from the previous stay.
The layout of the house works great for our group. The first floor with 3 bedrooms, full bath and living are, complete with a new entertainment center and flat screen TV, is perfect for our now adult children and their guests. On the main floor upstairs, there is a nicely remodeled kitchen, new washer and dryer, 1 1/2 baths and two large bedrooms for parental peace and quiet!
We love the large deck off of the kitchen for our relaxing reading spot or our alfresco family dinners. The new gas grill is a great addition and serves us well many nights during the week. The only thing we miss from home is our Keurig. So if you are addicted to different coffee pods as we are, we recommend packing one to keep all happy.
We love the area and the private beach pass included with the rental. We enjoy a laid back week of golf, dining out, day trips to Newport or Block Island and sunsets on the private beach or nearby Charlestown Beach. We enjoy our morning treats from The Bakery on Charlestown Beach Road and our evening ice cream fixes from the spot to the left of the bakery.
The owners are very accommodating and always provide us with a positive rental experience. We would definigtely recommend this property to others.

My family rented this property for the week of August 26th. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 young children. The house is roomy with areas to accommodate everyone in one area or to sneak away for a few minutes of sanity away from everyone. I especially loved the large deck off the kitchen/living room area with 2 large tables with umbrellas. The house is clean and well maintained and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion is to bring a crock pot (we used it almost every day, went to the beach, came home to dinner). The area itself is nice, the road the house is on is great for walking or biking. The private beach is very nice but can get a little crowded so get there early if you have a big group. The beach is not available to renters on the weekend but there are 2 town parks close by that are both nice and inexpensive to park. There is also a playground with tennis courts that is open to the public on the beach road. Not a whole lot to do in the immediate area, but a quick drive to Watch Hill, Misquamicut or Newport. If you are looking for a laid back week at the beach, this is it! I will definitely be going back and have already recommended this property to some friends who are interested in renting in the area.
