The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, citrus juicer, electric kettle, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster, along with cooking utensils and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Through a beautiful crystal staircase, you can access the sleeping area located on the upper floor. Here, you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, with a window offering a lovely view of the lake. The adjacent bathroom features a double sink, toilet, bidet, and a spacious glass shower. The second double bedroom also offers a large wardrobe and a view of the garden. Both rooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.
Descending from the kitchen via a staircase, you can access the lower floor, where a spacious tavern dedicated to games and leisure awaits. Here, you will find a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The tavern also features a second fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with a transparent glass shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Lastly, there is a third double bedroom with a large wardrobe.
The upper garden of this magnificent villa is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor tables, offering the ideal spot to enjoy aperitifs, lunches, and dinners in the most romantic setting of Lake Garda! Additionally, you can make use of the garage, powerful Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in all rooms on the upper floor, strategic location with direct access to the lake, and the spacious terrace.

The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals from 19:00 until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, on request we provide a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or doghouse, aluminum bowls, mat and a food ration for the first night. You can take the material away after the holiday and it will remain your property. An additional supplement of 15 EUR per night will be required for this extra service.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200. The deposit will be collected upon check-in and released in cash on the day of departure if there is no material damage.
