About this house rental
A few steps from Lake Maubuisson and the ocean with all the activities for children and adults: sailing, water ski-, kids club, ucpa, surfing, body boarding, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, tennis.
Cycle tracks in front of the house. You'll find shops and the cinema Maubuisson, castles wines 40 minutes, Bordeaux and Arcachon Bay (oyster ports, Dune du Pyla,) for 1 hour. A relative, double bed, shower and toilet bathroom.
A lounge / dining room
An open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave.
A children's area, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds and trundle bed.

The price of cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are provided during the high season, on request and at a cost of 54 euros for the rest of the year.

School holidays (Toussaint, Easter and February): 1178 euros.
High season rate: July 15th - August 29th: 1478 euros.
Price excluding holidays: 1078 euros.
